ye i think they wanted to be diff from cod4 and Resistance 2 etc and instead of working for a rank your working to unlock medals and abilities, which is in many ways better as it actually makes your gameplay improve, although now we have extra ranks and medals lol.
Also, people complain about RPG's and i do agree they are annoying, thats why its great GG gave us the option for custom games so you can just ban that class from being used in your game !

you cant say no one plays this game when you dont even have it/or prob even ps3, every time im on i join a game with 24/32 people and within 10 seconds its full, thats busy enough for me.
ye, i think the only prob with K2 online was that it was far to easy to reach max rank, when you play you feel it is pointless because you aren't working for something.

its so obvious you haven't played the game because alot of those problems you have stated are wrong - like there is no delay when you kill someone, they are still moving because they can be healed by other people.
Also, even EPIC admitted Gears 2 online was broken at launch, what exactly did you think the patches were for !? im proved water effects?
You rarely get lag in K2 online, unless it is your connection itself, which is still ok as that wouldnt effect everyone...
The reason for this is because there are so many add-ons people will be buying for the game, its a great move, buying the base for like £10 and then from then on adding all the extra content to it.
From when it first launched it was cheap game, was like £29.99 when it came out. I think it is more MM than Sony who is willing to drop the price as they know the more people have the game - the better it becomes.

exactly, its the software used to sync media to the ipod that makes it so much faster, transferring to a storage device normally takes ALOT longer !
Also, you can also do this with ipods and use them as portable hardrives, with no mods/hacks needed.

Because with my ipod it takes about 24 seconds to sync about 6 albums (around 4mb/4min each), every other mp3/mp4 i have tried takes over a few min to sync the same amount of songs (even with USB 2.0 etc).
This is one of the main reasons i love my ipod, i can build up a huge amount of songs and will always take under a minute to sync, including large video files.

You can bet MS are crapping themselves about the amount of games Sony has and are going around all the companies with their checkbooks, prob have to buy GTA5 exclusive or MGS5 multi-play/timed exclusive to try and compensate...sad really.
dont forget the ps3 makes alot of companies like EA and Actvision the most money ! (even though millions behind, makes you wonder how MS count sales..)
