They are only expensive because of their build quality, yes you can get laptops for cheaper and higher specs, but that are built REALLY cheap and a fat, heavy, get very hot, have ridiculously low battery life, basically an all-around bad product (at a cheap price).

wow Rockstar really isnt coming up with any new ideas at all, maybe thats why loads of people didnt like GTA IV because it didnt bring ANYTHING new, there were no origonal ideas in that game, just another Sandbox game which is not enough to make it a good game since there are so many out there now, and alot of them are doing a better job then GTA.
if we didnt complain, we wouldnt have DivX support, be able to add 100 friends, send larger files to eachother, still have the awful old store interface, no enhancements to the web browser, no in-game Xmb, no trophies, no ability to sort files into folders, no text chat room, no added avatars, no new power features like turning controls off after 10 min or turn console off after an hour etc, no themes/wallpapers, no playlists.
All of these things are a result of us demanding more...

ye their marketing is AWFUL !! i did see a few Killzone 2 ads, but then a week later every single time the adverts came on MS were promoting Resident Evil 5 as though it were an exclusive.
They really need to put more money into advertising, look how many people know about the Wii/iphone just by showing loads of simple, clear ads that show off what the product does. If they did that for PS3 more people would see why it is so much more expensive.

i was going to buy off play.com anyway, they always deliver a day early or on the release day when i pre-order (which is like 4 games i pre-ordered from there now).
Only thing is, all first party Sony games are usually £32.99 ! but this is like £39.99, i know not a big difference but still doesnt have the "first-party discount" lol.

its prob because instead of putting all that effort into a multi-player which the majority of Wii owners prob wont play, they will put all their focus on the Sp campaign.

lol at "The gore just doesn’t fit for us and what we’re trying to do", no multiplayer etc, the quality of most games on the Wii is so much lower than that of the PS3/360, and im not talking about the graphics.
i HATE using windows mobile! the interface is so clunky and dull, really not nice to navigate through.
thats why the iphone is so popular, not because of its storage or looks, because it has such a good interface/operating system

you will see when you play it, its the light beaming through the trees casting shadows on everything - with varied gusts of wind blowing through the plant life, the water reflecting almost photo-realistic effects, not to mention the sound of everything is so immersive and realistic, its not just high-res textures that give a game good presentation!
i dont mean for sony to actually buy them, just pay for a timed-exclusive.
