Left hand doesn't know what the Right hand is doing.
Such as Castlevania: Lords of Shadows?
Or am I the only one who thinks while the game is good, it still doesn't have the Castlevania soul into it?
If you changed Gabriels last name to something else none would be the wiser it was Castlevania
The whole thing with it trying to relate it to the real world is unnecessary. We have enough problems to deal with in the real world: video games, movies, sports, what have you...
Are suppose to be a slight escapism from that, I don't need to be reminded that the media is corrupted.
You can have games present real world messages but make it subtle instead of blasting it right into the audiences face.
Capcom wants it to sell 5 million copies,
Games like MGS4 sell 5 million copies.
Sorry to say but the DMC market is a niche one, dedicated and loving but a small one. This type of game isn't designed to appeal to the masses.
I mean the best selling of the franchise (according to VGChartz) is DMC3 with its initial release (2.09 mil) and its rerelease (2.21 mil) combined to 4.3 mil, running up in second is the original DMC at 2.99 mil, then...
Having the title stated as "Last Hope" is insinuating onto the reader that this is the PS Vita's last straw; if whatever X item that is PS Vita's salvation doesn't work then the system is doomed to fail.
As a writer, you should know the title of the article should be in tuned with its content so if what you say is true and that is, it's quite an optimistic article then maybe you should have an optimistic title.
I personally find it more fitting for a character to have some conclusion rather then having said character in N amount of sequels.
If their tales of grandeur and heroism left an impact on the player themselves then I personally wouldn't see the need for them to continue on in another iteration.
I remember reading that the 3DS was doomed, now after a price drop, and a Mario game.
The doom articles disappeared...
I'm continually wondering why people are "hoping" for consoles either mainstream or portable to end up with the fate of the Dreamcast[it was too soon :,( ].
Sorry, seen it done and I must say its a very poor implementation for having a player transmit input into the game, not to mention the player is dependent on their eyes to see whats ahead not control the character they are focusing their attention at.

You want my attention? Give me a virtual reality chamber.
If their unforgettable then how can they be forgotten? :D
Jokes aside I truly believe the remembrance of a character is dependent on the previous generation of gamers it was introduced to along with the new generation of gamers that grew up with it.
Let me try to elaborate, when I was younger I played two games on the Sega Genesis called Vectorman and Vectorman 2. I personally thought that Vectorman was a really funny character so to me he won't be forgot...
Well, I can say its original.
That was only in Persona 3!
Sorry if my comment was a little harsh I'm just really questioning Square Enix's priorities right now.
Only one thing can be said....
http://www.youtube.com/watc...
So Square Enix is willing to spend resources to release a free social game on Final Fantasy that no one wants.
Yet with a game like Final Fantasy Type-Zero that has all the localization done for a western release not to mention is a game the people want they don't release it because they're waiting for those people to be interested in the franchise.
Makes sense....
I do think the intro sequence to P4: Golden is hilarious.
Its so upbeat and colorful like a title sequence to a Pixar movie (thinking of Monsters Inc.)
My mind is just screaming throughout the intro, "This is a game about MURDER!"
As for the direction of the series I can't say, I don't know if their going to play off of the ending of P4 Arena for P5 (They've finally started focusing on it) or not.
Most ...
My brother mainly uses his wifi for Netflix
Same could be said on why there was a Gameboy Advance Micro?
To bleed as much out a brand name while you still can.
@WPX You don't really need to worry about Ken, his only affiliation with Sony now is as a senior technology advisor.
So we won't have to worry about games utilizing 4D, wait a second they already do I've gone into the future so many times after I was done playing a game :P
What do you tell the people who did play the demo and didn't enjoy it?
It is isn't it?
