I can understand why they chose catridges, from a technical standpoint they are better than CDs, but there was just soo much more you can do with optical media, and its a hell of a lot cheaper too.
As far as the WiiU is concerned.The graphics are fine. SM3DW for example is one of the prettiest gamesi've ever played and it rocks a solid 60fps, which imo is far more important than some nicer lighting or tesselation.

There's no why about it. catridges just didn't have the space to accomodate the mountains of fmv involved in FFVII,its the same reason MGS went to the PSone.

The infamous bundle is still £15 cheaper everywhere else. Sony don't need to react because aside from Gamestop everywhere else the titanfall bundle is £399.99.
Now the bundle itself is a great idea especially considering how much good press Titanfall is getting and being able to buy console with the musthave game is always preferable to most than having to get the console + the game. The fact that it's a digital copy also means its costing EA ans MS nothing ...
I think there will be another console gen, But if PS now takes off i could see Sony opting to stop making hardware and turn playstation into a service akin to netflix.
Before you start talking about internet speeds remember that this won't be for at least another five years and you don't need a gigabit connection to stream games as it is.
This doesn't prove that DLC is evil, if anything it just highlights the one major pitfall of digital distribution and online play. When the servers are gone you can't get anything back if you lose it.
Then again if you lost your copy of a disc with something on and it was no longer avialable for purchase in a physical store the same would still be true.

It sounds to me like the reviewer did even attempt to give the game a fair shake. That's just poor criticism here, you should never sit down to review something with any short of an open mind, regardless of what it is.

Are MS even going to release the Xbone in Japan? I've heard absolutly nothing about it coming out in that market since MS said it wasn't a priority.
But it's likely to struggle simply becuase it's a big cumbersome bit of hardware, with a camera that requires more space to use than most aprtments in japn have, and home console gmaing is pretty much a secondary market there anyway. Its the land of the 3ds and vita.
