I don't see how the 360 version will hold it back. It's being developed by anothr studio and the two versions will be completely separate from one another.
Just because a game allows for more people in a single match doesn't instantly make it better.

I Love the wiiu and the dreamcast,the wiiu is this gens underdog, Its a machine with unique features, no support from EA and some bloody good games. That was the point i was trying to make. Comparisons to the Dreamcast aren't necessarily a bad thing at all because the Dreamcast was awesome.

I could sit down over the course of a few days and play every last zelda, mario or metorid game on one machine. I can still do that with the wiiu. thanks to the BC, plus it had some of the best games of the last gen.
Thus far the WiiUs library's been very simialr to the GC and has had some damn fine games for it and there's plenty more coming.

I wasn't expecting it to be on the WiiU. any game thats only going to be on the xbone and ps4 won't be on the wiiU simply because it probably can't handle it.
If it was something like Darksouls 2 or The Evil Within, Now there's almost no technical reason for them not to come to WiiU.
I don't think there's any one game that's going to save the WiiU. But i do think that the combined efforts of Nintendo's strong exclusive lineup is starting to speak for itself.
X won't save the wiiU but X, Bayonetta 2, Smash, MK8, Zelda U, WWHD, SMB3DW, w101, DK:TF, LCU, FEXSMT, plus new entries in various series that haven't been announced yet like kirby, metroid, fatal frame and the last story 2 will make the console be a much stronger proposition, ...
Yeah it would be great if they brought out a zelda that did htat... wait they did. Wind Waker HD. It even uses the pad as the pictobox.
More over it does do stuff with local MP that the other consoels can't, I don't get my own screen on any other device in local mp. No other consoel does asymetric multiplayer where one guy does something with the pad and everyone else does something different.

The remake of 2 was localised by NOE.They did a fine job of it too. So it'll more than likely be localised in Europe at least.
IF you have a wii you can still play IV there's a really good fan patch for the game that's well worth installing. you just need a copy of the game and an sd card.

If you've got a wii kicking around i'd reccomend giving the remake of Fatal Frame II and Fatal Frame IV a go - there's a really good translation patch for IV available as it never made it out of Japan for some stupid reason.
the next fatal frame will probably be a wiiu exclusive since nintendo have bought the rights to the series off of tecmo.

From what i've seen it hits the right balance of action and horror the exact same way that resident Evil 4 did.
