Exclusives will only get you so far, look a tthe WiiU. Had great exclusives (At the time anyway)

the series X is not the only new Xbox, with MS talking a lot about BC I wouldn't be surprised if the Xbox One X became a base model of sorts for the next-gen systems.

I can't play breath of the wild 2 on a ps5 can I, or Prime 4, or Bayonetta 3, or Astral Chain, or Arms, or Splatoon 2, or Luigi's Mansion 3, or Pokemon Sword, or Xenoblade Chronicles, or Mario Kart 8.
I can't play my PS4 on the train. I can't quickly get a half-hour game sess on my Xbox One at lunch. I can't play on my PS4 when the kids are using the TV to watch cartoons.

I can't play Breath of the Wild 2 on a PS5.
I don't know how people don't get this. Power has never resulted in console sales ever.
Moreover, the Switch has literally been designed to coexist with the other consoles, they aren't a threat.

Digital foundry found it wasn't always rendering games at 4K. so the GPU isn't outputting 4k, It is being upscaled to 4k. which is very different, and it isn't always doing that either, Destiny 2 only outputs at 1080p.
I would be up for this on the switch. mass effect on the go would be great.
But dishonoured literally has a 'right' way to play. you only get the proper ending if you don't kill anyone.
Why? It doesn't take any less hard work and effort to make a side scroller than it does any other type of game and Tropical Freeze is a bloody big game too.
And completely redundant. Capcom have already said the collection is coming out on a cart next year (granted two and three are download codes.
The only problem is pricing, but that's true of all publishers putting games on new platforms. Look at Stadia. they expect you to pay £50 for a selection of ports you can get on pretty much every other platform for half the price.
They couldn't even if they wanted to. Nintendo is essentially a family run business and the stocks are locked up in such a way that a hostile takeover would prove to be really costly and difficult. to achieve.

They're just a bit sneakier about it. Look at Zelda. We have had a new Zelda or Mario of some sort pretty much every year since the Switch launched.

Piracy is the default setting over there.
If you can't crack a console to play pirated games it does not fare very well at all.

They haven't even said what the power consumption is going to be like on it yet, we don't actually know how big it is. The speculation surrounding it is just utterly daft.
