The xbox One has a tough enough time justifying its existence. The X has it even worse because at the price point you could just build fully upgradeable (and probably higher spec) PC and still have access to basically the whole xbox library.
the thing about the switch though is that because of how its basically modular they could just bring out a beefier version of the hardware in a couple of years with no issues. basically a New Switch. Switch Pro type affair is highly likely.
Uhhh. Crash went on for years after the ps1 trilogy. The last one was crash of the titans on 360/ps3/wii. Was ait pretty good game
There is. If i had the option to get it on Switch i would over PS4. It would be a no brainer. More over with the limited amount of fighters (and games in general atm) on the switch i think t would do really well.
Sony didn't respect consumers at all. They just played a bloody good PR game and responded well to MS and Nintendos complete mishandling of their own respective consoles.
Sony should have got roasted alive when they revealed the PS4. They were making gamers pay for online and it was the first console they released to not have straight out the box BC.
The only reason they didn't was because MS had completely cocked up the Xbone reveal by focusing...
True, it wont survive on MArio and Zelda alone. But it will survive on Mario, Zelda, Pokemon, DKC, Metroid, Fzero, Splatoon, ARMs, Star Fox, Smash Bros, Pikmin, Xenoblade Chronicles, Fire Emblem, etc etc ( you forget nintendo have a ton of IP)

Umm Capcom were happy with Resident Evil 7's commercial perfromance. They even set out a press release stating they were.
Switch Exclusive. Or at the very least a release of 1 &2. The series would be dead without Nintendo and i would be really surprised if they didn't lock it down in some way.
Sorry buddy. If you want highest rated exclusives, that would be Nintendo. Pretty much every gen since the NES. Mario Galaxy was the highest rated game of the 360 era.
I didn't think of a skyward sword remaster. Switch would be pretty much perfect for it. save for the fact that you couldn't play it in handheld mose. but i guess that's not the end of the world.
but other than that the systems been out all of a month. give it time.
ARMs is about as far from shovelware as you can get. Brilliant gane, really hope it becomes a new series. Plus Splatoon 2 has enough new stuff in it to call it a sequwl in the same way that CoD or any other shooter is these days.
The problem nintendo have is that the 3ds has a huge, active install base. I have a feeling they are giving it a year to wind things down while they ramp things up on the switch. All it needs is the promise of a switch based pokemon, monster hunter and fire emblem and i could see a lot of people hopping from 3ds - switch.

I think the problem here is that your idea of third party support is really narrow. More over the Switch s positioning itself as a console that compliments the PS4/ Xbone. So having arguably sluggish ports of this years most forgetable third party games does...
Unlikely to be honest. Nintendo seem to have sucked up most of the big indies for the switch and i have a feeling that's going to be a big part of their strategy going forward.
Something different! Or the exact thing that MS always have tired to do with the Xbox. bring the PC into the living room. Nothing has changed here. If anything its closer to their original vision because all the Scorpio is, is a mid range PC with a simplified Windows 10 OS.
There's nothing special about it at all. Ultimately it shows how pointless traditional consoles have become. Least i can play the Switch on the go. The Scorpio does what exactly... gives me prettier ...

Indeed. AS a fan of decent indies there's some fantastic titles on the machine already. been having a great time with blaster master, Fast RMX and Snake Pass.
The Switch may as well be the successor to the 3DS, i use it far more as a handheld than a home console.
