1. Games were easier and cost less (money, time) to make 1 or 2 gens ago compare to now.PD for example was able to release GT3 on the PS2 early compare to GT5 in ps3 or GT7 on ps4. It just takes more time now to dev games.
2. Sony prolonged support for the ps3 content wise also impacted dev offerings on the ps4 early. For example they could have easily switch TLOU, No Kuni, Dragon crown and beyond 2 souls to PS4 as launch games with others....

I was arguing with xbox fans than GT7 will outsell both Halo 4 and Gears 4 combine.
GT6 is the lowest selling GT because it came out really late and GT5 was still also supported.

Also the PS4 and X1 was not released then.

The numbers are just not there with X1 plus action adventure really is not supported that much on the Xbox platform. COD for example sold more on the X1 than on the PS4 while games on the PS4 get a good spread of sales.
Well with how slow they make their games. I think its best they go this route. Otherwise we will not see the complete remake unit the PS6 lol!

If you want to boycott Capcom games for SF PS exclusive then thats your right as a consumer.
If in the end it causes financial damage to Capcom which in turns forces them to remedy the situation for Xbox fans then all power to you.

Actually I am expecting it to sell about the same as U2 because it is the first Uncharted on the PS4 and lots of new gamers that didn't play uncharted before on PS3 have switched to PS4.
Looking at how well the Uncharted collection has been selling I think their are a fair bit more Uncharted fans now that there were on the PS3.
Also late ND fans in The Last of Us would most likely buy U4
Funny how critics said it plays like a PS2 game and yet so many of them are bitching about wanting to get full PS2 games BC on the PS4.
It was a unique SP story focused experience which now is in my collocation.
