The thing is they were hoping to get a rivalry with U4 and get more support from Xbox fans to buy their game.
The publicity would help as they were confident that their game would hold up to U4 which looks like it.
Imagine PS fans raving about U4 at the same time TR is released and then xbox wants would then want something similar which they will then pick up TR.
Everyone saw it from a mile away and it was really a low move to bank on console...
The order only flopped in the eyes of those that didn't play it and troll or play it but expected a Uncharted or Gears type game when clearly RAD said it was something different.
So for those of us that are not stupid and can actually read the articles about the order and the direction RAD was taking it the game is what what was advertise.
As a primarily sp gamer that wanted something different the order is just what I needed so no it is not a flop for m...
So basically you guys want another gears or Uncharted but with vampires and wares in steampunk london?.
And here I thought people are sick of getting the same thing and want a different experience.

GT5 Sold 10 million plus. GT6 came out when the PS4 was already out. i.e no one was interested especially with GT5 still supported and came out late.
First entry in a console gen is normally the highest.
GT7 will likely sell more than Halo 5 and Gears 4 combine this gen.
If GT5 sold 10 million on PS3. You can bet your ass that GT7 on PS4 will sell more.

1/3 price drop is quite steep. Perhaps then it can sell at least 1.2 mill.

Hey I just finished Legacy of the void after 5 years of 3 SC2 expansions. Love them to bits.
Or when sony thinks it is ready like Horizion Detroit and Dreams this year among others.
It is not bc because you can't play software from previous gen you already own on the PS4.
You can't put in your ps1 ps2 or ps3 disk and play them on the PS4.
Example of BC are blu ray players that are compatible with dvd that allows you to play dvds you already own on them.

I remember a time when revealing 3-5 new AAA games at a conference was considered very good.
I am actually happy that it has flopped hard. Serves them right for pissing on PS fans that has been supporting TR for a long time.
I really doubt it will even chart a million on PS4 after a year because there will be way too many games on the PS4 in 2016 and hardcore fans like me will not forget. Even if I buy it I will buy it second hand in 2017.
