The xbox 1 is loosing more console market share to the PS4 daily as is.
You really think this move to have their top console exclusives on the PC will help sell more xbox 1?.
In what planet are you on?.
You think 3rd party will continue to support the X1 with declining market share?.
You obviously don't understand how the console business works.
Xbox "Console gaming" will not be the center ...
Thats fairly impressive.
Of course not. It's not like ND future games will suddenly not have good animation.
In the end it is still a huge loss of talent for ND however it does not mean he is irreplaceable.
A big loss for ND but great gain for Bioware.
The animation in ND games is so organic/lifelike that is a big part of the reason why the stories they tell are so compelling.
The fact you still refuse to see that this move is bad for xbox itself is quite interesting.
Here is the reality
Most people have PC or laptops that can play most games that will be on windows store. They might not be high or mid settings but they can still play them.
This significantly will not help xbox consoles sales whatsoever.
The console game right from the start has always been a numbers game.
It is...
As I said when QB went to PC. That move itself signals MS abandonment of the traditional console race and why it is a big move.
Most of xbox fans tried to downplay it.
xbox going forward will no longer be the center of MS gaming. It will be the windows gaming store with xbox just another device to access their gaming service.
Like it or not. This will significantly change xbox console going forward.
I honestly don't see...
True. The way he walks and runs is almost the same as Max's.
Does not look very fluid/natural the animation.
One game alone is not justification for the masses to buy a console. At most perhaps a few hundred thousands people.
MS will have to rely on services/features for people to keep buying the xbox going forward.
I can see MS releasing another xbox that is really is just another device for them to access their new PC/console gaming service center around the windows store.
It will probably be low powered and rely on MS cloud infrastructure. i.e w...
I thought this was obvious?.
There is no question that MS latest moves is a signal that MS are moving the xbox gaming brand towards a controlled PC/cloud ecosystem. It is why QB going PC day and date is significant as it has singled MS desire to do just this going forward.
I can see MS in the future using xbox console as just another device for this new PC/Console infrastructure they are moving towards. This will in a way will drastically change xbox console...
If done well it could be quite intense.
Imagine a very tense environment. Explosions, smoke, bullets flying everywhere (Forstbite).
Masses of people fighting pitch battles in the mud, rain, snow, day and night.
You can't really run and gun like in other FPS so you might need to resort to your sword or bayonet more than just your rifle or handgun. It would be quite intense because it would be up close and personal as you will resort to h...
This will work better with many more players. Simple rifles in 64 players would add a strategic element plus stationary machine guns.
I believe WW1 will work very well in BF in this regard. It will be really hard to go at it alone by yourself and run and gun in trench warfare in WW1. You will have to work together with your squad.
Add early tanks and planes plus chemical warfare. It could be really really good if done right.
Love Uncharted like crazy but If I am honest the best games last gen for me personally is Demon Souls and Valkyrie Chronicles.
I actually liked 3 better in terms of a more intimate story and best set pieces. The boat and plane is the best yet.
What I like about the story is that they didn't really rely on the occult/supernatural nor a big boss showdown in the end.
Well you have two options
1. Build a time machine to play it now
2. Build a suspended animation chamber to pass the time
I think you would have a better chance with 2 lol!
I you can afford a PC you can afford a PS4. Heck if you can afford a smartphone you can afford a PS4.
This right here is prime example of why exclusives matter.
And this is why every market counts.
There are 3 things that differentiate the two for me
1. Uncharted is less serious than TLOU
2. TLOU is slower paced than Uncharted
3. TLOU is more emotional than Uncharted.
Every time I finished a level in TLOU I felt like I have been in a grinder. No kill didn't impact. Uncharted is a different story however it is thrilling and I just love the characters.
I must be dreaming it then because I remember killing so many humans and clickers. More human than clickers.
This laptop I am typing on is ready for it. Low settings but still. Have to setup a windows account though.
