I'm not sure about that. There really isn't anything in this game that the media can use to overly exaggerate and overblow, like the partial nudity in Mass Effect. In GTA4, all they have is guns blazing and violence, thats all too common in the video games industry.
Even the sex scenes are almost comparable to God of War.

The graphics on PC are on a league of their own; more advanced than either the PS3 or the 360. You get what you pay for. And for $1,000 (not THOUSANDS), you can get a PC that will blow the PS3 and 360 out of the water in terms of graphics (that is, if you build it).
