i think he was referring to the actual physical act of manufacture? i.e. actually getting the materials (silicone for eg)
They will increase the overall price or slowly start lowering the quality of non Xbox studios games,in a similar way to what we have seen with the quality of games with gold.
You'll be left with a service that contains Xbox exclusives, Failed ips or games they got cheap, a smattering of indies & 1 year old + EA games.
Which in itself is okay, to the right people still value. as long as you play enough of those games and you can actually afford &#...

i would like to see PS now get a massive catalog of VR games, i think it would add value to PS now (and a clear USP over all the other sub services) and if you bundled 3 months sub with every headset, new players get an immediate access to x amount of titles straight away.
using monthly sub costs to make PS look much more expensive. who really pays more than one month of EA play for $5... no one. misleading with costings

Remember, all or at least majority of decisions made such as cancelling games, increasing prices, removing services etc, are done using DATA, data which you and me will never have access to. if they have raised price to £70 then there must be data that supports this move, otherwise they wouldn't do it.

Ensemble Studios and Westwood closing spelt absolute disaster for RTS games, with exception of blizzard, no one made any real good ones. Microsoft and EA ruined two top franchises before closing the studio. such a shame
Do Activision/blizzard ever do a full exclusive ? i don't believe so (might be wrong) certainly don't think they have on AAA titles.
Well to be fair, the Xbox console hardware itself isn't in the greatest shape, despite a better launch this time its miles away from market share and the heroics of the 360 era.
Xbox as a service however is in a good place right now.

ignore the downvotes badz149 i know what you mean, the releasing of a lower spec unit always results in inflated price or holds the price high on the upper end model, we wont see much of a price drop on either new next gen consoles either for this reason.
Look at last 2 black fridays and you will see the vast majority of switch deals being for the LITE and xbox deals for the Xbox 1s digital and sony deals for ps4 standard. hardly anything on upper tier system.
