Yep. I personally think 1 of the many reasons they don't work on it now is because the PS3 can't do it justice, it's actually a very weak machine.
When the PS4 is out, I will DEMAND the remake! :D

TM Black will be the same one as PS2, nothing changed.
Still worth a play, though, if you never had a PS2 ;) Music + gameplay not as fun as some previous, but it is an EPIC game in my opinion.

@-Alpha, Axel is Axel, that's the name of the vehicle, not the driver.
Same with Spectre, it's a car not a person. Same with Shadow, etc.
If you play various TM games you'll see. For example, Spectre is first driven by a guy whose name I forget, and then in TM black it's driven by a lady called "Bloody Mary."
Another example: Shadow driven by some creepy dude in TM2, then by "Raven" in TM black.
