The increasing amount of CC ruined the game for me and made me quit. Their focus to reduce it in OW2 made me so happy as a tank main, but then they had to come out with this 5v5 crap. I always hated solo tanking and this ruins all the tank synergy that currently exists. No more tank combos and strategies. Not to mention all the pressure of being the solo tank. Lord have mercy if you happen to have a bad game, your teammates will eat you alive. I'll still give OW2 a chance when it releases...
I heard a former Rockstar dev talk about it once and basically the game got scrapped and pieces of it were used for GTA5. That was ages ago tho so I don't have a link.

Honestly, I'd buy this game for the ps3 and cope with the shit-tier framerate if it weren't for the fact that there is story dlc locked behind a ridiculous paywall.

This is such a piss weak argument. Are you telling me you never go back to play some older games? Or are you too young? Either way plenty of people like playing older games that they like and when Sony shuts down the servers you're basically screwed.
