I will be buying this game day one! October 8 is less than a month away! Can't wait!
Glad that Rime is catching some steam. Deep Down also impressed with the latest gameplay video showing.
The following games are definitely next-gen representatives for me:
inFamous: Second Son
Deep Down
Rime
Killzone Shadow Fall is also sporting nice visuals. Imagine the second Killzone game after this - mind-blowing graphics!
I hope this game gets more sales than it deserves. I will get this game on Wednesday to show my support.
Every MGS fan and many gamers alike know that the MGS series is a perfect harmony of real-world conflict and the make-believe; perfect harmony of Western culture and Japanese. These facts already nullifies further argument about realism and how women should be represented in a war environment.
Make no mistake, I don't really like objectifying both men and women in videogames, but this is far from this issue.
In MGS4, Dr. Naomi wore a lab coat, but she was...
I love Rime the moment I created its game space here on N4G. I literally went nuts to be the one to first post the news here.
I want this game badly!
Storybook presentation indeed! I like how game developers are beginning to shift expertise to more artistic ventures!
I love this game so much! It's a shame that many gamers these overlook things like this for more 'socially' connected experiences like CoD, BF, etc.
If this era was the early 2000, this game would be a strong contender for Game of the Year!
Awesome! I hope this game gets all the support it deserves! My support is already for this game!
I like it how the story isn't your standard Japanese RPG affair; I like it how the story is presented in a more less cliche manner.
!!!SPOILERS!!!
A good example is the bar scene before the actual colosseum fight where everyone just dropped dead because of food poisoning. I'm thinking ToX is more mature in its storytelling than the previous titles.
I'm even more pumped to play ToX 2 because of this!
Puppeteer is available on 10 September, too!
Mark Cerny is fluent in Japanese and many other things, while Major Nelson is fluent in flipping switches. Lol, sorry I had to say it! :P
I'm getting a franchise vibe from this new title; I'm also getting the feeling that Tequilla Works will be another breakthrough dev if this game delivers!
I want this game now!
Edit: Awesome interview, by the way!
I will be getting this game instead of GTAV. I have nothing against GTAV, it's just that I know people will support it. It's just time for me to support a new IP that doesn't involve crime and crime being considered an everyday thing.
I love this game a lot! Electricity baby!
After watching that trailer, I felt like I was a kid again. This is definitely on my radar now! Getting that Shadow of the Colossus vibe for sure!
This and Rime caught my eye! However, Rime gave me that Shadow of the Colossus vibe so I'm more stoked for this! Awesome presentation, Sony!
Because all the flipswitching that they're doing aren't really for the consumers; they're all for saving their faces and wallets.
If Sony didn't blatantly spat on their faces at E3 about the DRM fiasco, and in other media forms like Jimmy Fallon for that matter, they wouldn't be changing leaf all of a sudden.
That or if the masses loved the idea of restrictive online DRM to begin with.
I expect another 180 from MS in that they will be announcing the XBone launched with the price of $399. If this happens, I will lose further respect in MS.
Note that I never owned an MS console before; however, their flipping and switching and reversing will somehow hurt their credibility if they don't stand firm with their ideals for the next-gen.
As for the PS4, I will expect full support from this camp. Sony has proved gen after gen that they're se...
Tales of Xillia is an Exilliant game indeed. And since I'm stranded at home becvause of the typhoon flooding (no work for me!), I'm gonna play this the whole day today!!!
SH: Homecoming had great monster and boss designs, while SH: Downpour had awesome sidequests that surprisingly fit well in the game. SH: Downpour also did well with the map and town exploration.
If only these elements can be merged together in a new SH title, we can have a better SH title in our hands.
I hope Konami really goes back to the series and research more on the elements that made the first three titles good survival horror games.
PS...
