Dude, that almost makes sense...about the guy wanting to be in prison as opposed to outside.
In some places there are no jobs, which means no food and no shelter. At least in prison you get a free gym membership, a bed, a TV and more sex than Charlie Sheen...it may not be straight, but they get it.
This game was a serious success story and it just really proves anyone can hit it big with a creative and fun title.
You know what's also cool? Even SOE's prez said that companies who are ran by execs who don't play games don't deserve to be in the business.
I think we can all agree that if you're trying to make a buck off games and you don't play them then you need to GTFO!
Mwahahaha....Cliffy says in the video he didn't want this blowing up on N4G and now it's on the front page. Eat crow Cliffy, that's what you get for dogging Uncharted 3, bro!
Yeah but isn't the rape part of their punishment for being in prison? They shouldn't be able to have fun and avoid being punished for their crime.
@ABizzel1
A $500 PC will run any game on max. Most games are capped for current gen consoles and depending on your GPU you can tweak it/OC it so you can get the most performance out if it.
Of course, games poorly optimized for PC is a whole other matter and even with a $5,000 PC you still may not be able to run games on the highest settings correctly.
I've gotten to the point where anything they say before a game releases is either hyperbole or a PR talking point.
After being introduced to gameplay-marketing with the likes of Minecraft and DayZ, I no longer care what the devs or pubs have to say about a game. I'd rather just watch it in action and judge for myself.
"Finding a raid party too tough? Use the new raid-finder relic which instantly puts you in the best raid. It's a rare relic which can usually be obtained from Titan's new and improved RMAH.
Having a hard time looting gear? Getting steal-killed? No problem. Purchase the new anti-steal-kill relic and the auto-good-loot accessory from the RMAH, gathered up by other players.
Only have two slots for your RMAH special relic gear? Head to our new and i...
WTF bro? Where have you been? No one ever stopped complaining about EA or Bioware's DLC.
Just say "Mass Effect 3 ending" and watch the flames fly.
Ubisoft also gets ragged on, too for their stupid DRM. Not sure where you have been. And Activision? ROFL
Everyone hates Activision. We just get tired of saying it.
" I rather have mvc4 with dedicated DLC support. It extends the life of the game. That what alot of you guys need to understand."
I almost died reading...this...just...I...*g oes to play something from the Golden Era to calm down*.
All right, first up: if your game is good from the get-go you won't need DLC. AT ALL. I played RE4 to death because that game is so freaking fun and it beats any game in this day and age with all the overt DLC rip-off...
LP2 ran like crap in DX11 mode but it was a freaking dream in DX9 mode.
RE5 ran like a dream regardless. Capcom did a perfect job porting the game.
Yeah I was disappointed Bethesda and Skyrim got all those awards with all those glitches. That wasn't fair to other studios who did amazing work on games that actually launched without being broke.
I agree with all the posts here above me. You guys said it right.
The thing that bothered me the most was game journos siding with publishers just to keep their perks. I mean, us gamers are the ones footing bills in the long run and are the ones that keep the industry afloat, trying to shove crap down our throats but ask us for money is hypocritical and anti-consumerist.
I'm glad that fans have mounted enough outcry to form some kind of change, and yes ...
that kind of makes sense, though. Borderlands could be like STALKER if it were more dynamic and less static. But I don't think the consoles would be able to handle a game like that due to RAM issues.
I think Borderlands to Borderlands 2 is a good transition. Another two or three years until the next one will be a nice segue. Too many sequels too soon can create a staunch and flat experience (i.e,. Call of Duty).
You need to stay away from the flame-bait posts then, bro.
Stays civil when there's no flames that need fuel.
What, you don't like RMAH: The Game? Bro, that's the future. Don't you know that gamers hate having fun, finding cool loot and exploring different environments and replaying the game for fat bonuses?!
Nah, instead it's all about charging up the credit card and heading to the RMAH, using the dynamic search function to find some mad items and bid ferociously with hundreds of other players for legendary gear. Oh yeah, spending money has never been so intense. Scr...
Why do you have so many disagrees?
It's like a crime against core gaming and common sense.
I'm sorry but that Wii-mote in the picture looks like a vibrator.
On topic: Pubs are greedy mofos and that's where the industry is headed for them.
Core gamers just want good games.
Casual gamers don't care and will keep selling their souls for stuff like Call of Duty 87: Future's Past Combat: The War In Oregon.
+Bubs because I giggled like John Riccitiello when he received his first golden toilet made out of gold-plated dollar bills.
