What's happening here is two entirely different operating systems are being benched against one other.
That's like comparing Apple's OSX vs Microsoft's Windows boot times/load times on semi-similar apps/programs and stating one is entirely better than the other.

Street Fighter 5 is also coming to PC, which can sync to an Xbox One so you'll just use Steam for SF5 and the Xbox One streaming function in Windows 10 for everything else.
