Square has exclusives for MS and they have them for Nintendo and Sony. No reason they wouldnt do another one. Why are there so many Sony fans on this site? Because the majority are 12-16 without jobs and parents will not buy them many PS3 games if at all(which explains the poor software sales also), so they come here to talk about how great the games they do not own are.
If they announce anything for the core it will be overshadowed by any thing remotely casual just like E3. Most people think E3 was all Wii music. They dont know about Cod, GTA,Shaun White, Voice Chat, etc. Nintendo had some good core announcements at E3 but the haters want everyone to think it was just casual games and sadly most people buy into that. God of War hardcore? The first time I played that game was the final challenge to raise the platform to the top portal. Did it on my second try... God of war was a game anyone could beat. For real hardcore games see MM9, I wanna be the guy, and any game from the 80s that gave you 3 lives then made you start completely over.
