You need a valid business address. That is the issue. For security reasons they do not want you developing Wii games in your house. He doesnt have an office and Nintendo doesnt want to hand out dev kits to just anyone with the money laying around.
EA games dont usually use friends codes. I know Madden doesnt,Medal of Honor, Tw09 and a few others. FC are not required for Wii games.
They got a lot of complaints over the art style of the game. So much so that they decided it was in their best interest to redo the game. I'm not really sure how they are going to do that and keep the original idea of playing an old Saturday morning cartoon them going as well.

Whats going to happen when it's Sony games that dominate the PS3 software sales? PS3 IMO and many others, is the Gamecube of this gen. Great console with lots of quality games and few bad ones. Sony is the company that is bringing out a lot of the best games for PS3, be the 1st or 2nd party. Maybe it's just me and I am the only one that sees this but every day the PS3 and the GC become more and more alike.

Well it wont have to sale 140million to outsell PS2.. After all it did have a high failure rate and forced most people to buy 2-3 consoles over the 8 years it was out. Here are some interesting facts for you guys. 42 titles for Wii have sold more than 1 million units or more. Guess how many are 1st party....Only 17 are from Nintendo or 2nd party. 25 of those titles are 3rd party games.
Between the PSP,PS2 and PS3 Sony has shipped far less software for its 3 systems than Nintendo has for the two it has on the market.
