If this is delayed until 2015, I will be sure to pick it up on steam sale in 2016 ... too many other games launching in 2015 that I'd rather play.
I've dreamt of this day!
Yes, please!
Meant to hit agree, not disagree. Stupid "smart" phones!
Buy it for $47.99 on pc like I did. Wait, you didn't play the first two? Ok, get it for $53.99 then.
If everyone is getting this upset over something so mundane, perhaps MS was right to strike this deal ...
I don't get this article. The quotes give no indication that they're searching for parity. In fact, the guy was quoted as saying the opposite ... The author says they're "trying to bring tje same experience to xbox one and ps4." Doesn't mean the ps4 won't be better because of load times, consistent frame rates, etc.
So, quit your bitching.
I love how people disagree with statements like the one you made, but offer no reason as to why.
Reasons why PC will be better:
1. The game will most certainly run better on a high-end PC than it will on the Xbox One or PS4. FACT.
2. Mods, mods, mods. God to love mods. FACT.
3. Control customization. Like using a gamepad, you can! Like K&M, use that. FACT.
4. In 20 years, you'll still be able to play ...
I already pre-ordered it for $47.99 on pc and I have to say, I couldn't care less about "physical exclusives." the game is exactly the same on all platforms. Cd projekt red has always released its dlc for free and plans to continue to do so.
So, quit your bitching.
I've beaten RE2 in 4 hours 5 minutes and it's my favorite of the series. If the game is scary enough, it could be 8 hours long and still take me the better part of 2 months to beat it, a la silent hill 2 ...
Since PSX, I've owned every "core" (Nintendo, MS and Sony) console up to this generation.
I'll list the ones I've owned, the year they launched the year I bought one along with the gap in years.
NES - 1985 / 1988 - 3 years.
SNES - 1991 / 1991 - Bought at launch
Playstation - 1995 / 1999 - 4 years.
N64 - 1996 / 1997 - 1 year
Dreamcast - 1999 / 1999 - Bought at launch
Playstation 2 - 2000 / 2002 - 2 ...
Ever play Alan Wake?
@EinRobot
I have a powerhouse PC. For that reason, the ONLY reason I have to buy a console, is for the exclusive titles. Hence, why when Bloodborne launches, a PS4 will be mine!
You play a lot of Civilization do you? I mean, you can get lost in those games for days, but I'll personally need more than just TW3 and CBE to keep me busy.
The article did say "over 96 animations just for combat in The Witcher 3."
So, it could surpass 100?
Should've known better than to post a comment about PCs on an article about a PS4 exclusive ... I just can't get as precise with the analog stick as I can with the mouse and keyboard.
A game like Bloodborne or Dark Souls, MUST be played with a controller though. I've been using my PS3 controller via my computer to do so ... If only they'd make consoles with Keyboard and Mouse support. I like having a choice in how I play my games.
Is it just me, or am I the only person not "wow" about the uncharted series?
Other games missing that I would've included:
1. Dead Space
2. Max Payne (1, not 2 or 3) Love the comic book story telling.
3. Metal Gear Solid.
And if you're going to put Infamous on the list, why not put Devil May Cry?
I was going to say the same thing!
Wish this wasn't a PS4 exclusive. I may be buying a PS4 solely for Bloodborne, but I absolutely hate playing shooters with an analog stick.
That's the strategy I adopted after bioshock infinites dlc burned me.
I agree. Both Corvo and Daud's stories are wrapped up nicely. Emily could work as the lead too.
