Sure it opens up a little once you get a fully operational space ship, but not really. That's like saying FF4 isnt linear when it clearly is.
I am looking forward to Citizens of Earth though. That looks like a good throwback.
Chrono Trigger is a fun, easy, well written, linear jrpg. Got to think most kids these days will be bored in 5 minutes.
Same goes for Earthbound.
Both games are great, but really can't capture today's audience.

I almost hit my 2 gb just reading this site. Gor to think that steady, mobile, interactive streaming is quite a few years off. Certainly not something this phone will do.
Anyone who has a decent gaming pc know their gpus are way bigger than this phone. The same streaming technology you reference will work on that too. No way mobiles will ever equal pcs. Laptops can't even come close.

Who said if they rebooted it they had to keep the classic gameplay style? They could use the mechanics in RE4 or even make it more fluid. I just want a fresh story and a creepy atmosphere. Giving me the same game 3 times is a desperate grab for cash.

The "remake" on gamecube was solid. This "remaster" is unnecessary and I'd rather they completely reboot the series at this point. RE5 and RE6 were terrible. Here's hoping The Evil Within is good.

The game itself doesn't make the player "hardcore" or "casual". Shit, I casually play starcraft 2 which has a massive hardcore base. However I'm hardcore when I play any fighting game.
Take New Super Mario Bros for example. A casual gamer may play through it and not get all the coins to unlock level 9, but a hardcore fan might.

Many new release pc games are sold at a discount already. For instance, I got Dark Souls 2 for $50 but it started at $60 on ps3 and xbox360.
TW3 I preordered for $47.99, a full $12 less than ps4 or xb1.
That in mind, it's rare I buy game right at launch. I may have to pick up lords of the fallen though. Waiting on reviews.
