I loved every metal gear game ive played except for MGS2 guns of the patriots because you have to be that whiny raiden character for over half the game.
Raiden sucks, cyborg ninja or not hes prob still whiny.
It's not the same picture, its the same style which could be the artists way of saying he likes anothers work. It's a typical style of water color painting. You dont get exclusive rights to an entire medium of art. They are similar but if you look closely you can see they are very different pictures.

The 250 Gig unbundled version is only 250, that's only 50 bucks more than a base model unbundle 4 gig xbox. Doesn't sound unreasonable to me. You get a lot more storage and all the other usual bells and whistles for only 50 bucks more, that's less than the cost of the next call of duty game. stop trolling

Consoles are almost never sold at profit, almost every company out there sells consoles at a loss to make their money back on sales of software and perifials(ie, move controllers, cameras, cables, and what nots)
Even a new base model xbox is 200 bucks its not like their pricing is way out of line or something. Ill admit at launch it was rediculous but they are right on par with everyone else now.
I bet they give a price cut before the holiday rush. Try to get the few people at normal price that just gotta have the latest model and price cut for the holidays to get all those people that have wanted one but was finacially out of reach.

I think its a little rediculous how everyone is making such a big deal about what it looks like. Its just a computer casing people. As long as it works right and doesnt resemble an unpainted plywood box, im cool with it. And why does everyone keep saying "I'll just stick with the one i have"? If your current ps3 works why would you even consider buying a new one? It's not like they expect you to take the one you have and throw it away because they have a new model out.
Honestly who cares what it looks like if it does what its supposed to. the only things on my entertainment center is a tv a ps3 and my cable box. And not once has someone come in and said "Wow you got a nice looking playstation there, not one of those ugly slim models."
When I'm playing my video games I try not to focus on how my playstation looks so i dont really see the point.

Sony has never given hdmi with new consoles, what if you dont have and hdtv? It will work with all types of tv's if you include the regular av cables. You would be alienating some of your customers if you only included an hdmi cable. Furthermore the whole point of the superslim model is cost cutting to provide playstations to the consumer at a lower buy in cost. I think your the only one man! I prob could have enjoyed socom 4 if i Hadn't played the original socom on ps2. That was the definitive fps back in the day and imo that game is still the closest to actual simulation in a warfare style of game.

Damn straight. Its the developers fault and no one elses, they new what they were trying to develop software for, and they should have made sure it worked before releasing it. A couple glitches and such are to be expected in a game of this size, but the rediculous things that bethesda puts out claiming to be a finished product are rediculous in the last few years at least.

Just because a multi billion dollar company posts losses does not mean they are broke. To recoup those losses a smart business man would make an easier to design for console with known good components so they can come out at a reasonable price point for their next gen console.
