It actually makes sense to have a day one patch now that I think about it. You fix as much as you can while debugging, send out to be certified and mass produced, wait for reviews to come in to see what you missed, try to fix it before retail release= day 1 patch.

I swear i saw some interveiw where they said since they built a whole new engine for this game and looks good enough to atract new audiences they specificly designed it so you wouldn't absolutley have to have played the previous games to play this, so I dont think you will have a problem. The past ones have been pretty good with a few ups and downs but this one looks like its going to be FRICKKEN EPIC, so don't miss out.
It's rediculous to have installs this size. Games like KZ3 have a very small install and look fantastic. Then you get games like this or Gran Turismo that seem to have way less going onscreen to compile that have huge installs. I think some devs just don't know how to optimize for the ps3 properly and the lazy way out is a big install.
It would be cool but it would have to be in a few years to be cost effective, that's a lot of extras to squeeze into a handheld and still keep it low cost. But i Do agree it could have some amazing possiblities.
Dude if a handheld from samsung could "blow away" a vita then it would be too expensive and no one would buy it. The vita is pretty awsome already and the high price point is slowing it down. If anyone came out with something better it would sell even worse.
I think thats the point, they are trying to get people to buy digital instead of physical. Getting people acclimated to Digital sales is key for next gen.

And honestly you dont have to leave those games on there all the time, if you need space for a new one delete one you dont play alot and if you want to play the old one again sometime all you have to do is redownload it from your download list.
PS+ is a service sold to a specific account, as long as the account you log in under on your vita is the same as the one you use on your playstatin you will still have +.

Its a knowm fact that the last of.us has multiple ways to play, you can go all stealth mode through the levels or guns blazing like they did in the e3 demo. It may be a linear style game but there are multiple ways to get to the next area. The way you play through may not be the same as your friend does. Besides if it's fun who cares. Do you hate on a movie because it's the same thing everyone else saw too?
Anything can be hacked and it's stupid to think it's impossible to hack any device, essentially thier only hope is to make it as difficult as possible for it to be hacked, not to say they havent done that or anything but either way its unlikely but not impossible.

A lot of the games they do this with you can see small differences usually (one console will usually have just slightly better lighting or textures or something) but this one looks damn close, only in a couple spots did i notice any difference at all.

Why do people keep comparing next gen equiptment to the last gen of equiptment. If you want to make a valid comparison in my mind you have to wait for the ps4/xbox720 to come out then we can see where ninty really stands, or falls.
