Although skill is definitely required, luck still plays too much of a role. Also, if you read the review, we explain why aiming is frustrating (ie: there's no indication of exactly where you're aiming, tapping the attack button does nothing, and charging requires time that you often don't have). It has nothing to do with the reviewer's "lack of skill" but if you want to resort to insults, then I guess that's your decision.

It's not a bad game. If it was bad then it would have got a 3 or less. It got a 5.6 because it's a solid game but way too repetitive, not much replay value, and doesn't offer anything new. It's a fair score for what it is.
The review says that it's a fun game that some people will enjoy. So, if you enjoy it then that's great! But, because it's difficult to universally recommend, we wouldn't feel right ...
In other words: "Is Fruit Ninja Kinect any good or is it better to just play a game that uses a controller?"
I don't know which review Darkwatchman read, but the reviewer here said nothing about being offended by the game. They only stated that some people may be offended. That is hardly taking a stance; it's simply a warning for more sensitive gamers. In the future, please read reviews more thoroughly before jumping to conclusions and overexaggerating.

For our standards, 7.6 is very good. Most other review sites hand out 9s and 10s too easily. So, I guess you could consider a 7.6 from us a 9.
