"thus we get 2 hour long campeigns and only 4 playable maps online. Thats defo worth 60 bucks"
There are 16 maps included in Modern Warfare 2 (26 if you count the DLC maps). That's quite a large difference and a very pathetically moronic exaggeration on your part. Maybe you should do some research and not just talk out of your ass next time.
"Medal of Honor had a short campeign but at least it brought innovations"
Lo...
I wasn't a gold member and I was able to download it, and I certainly haven't played Fable 2 before (although I did have episode 1 downloaded, but never played it).
Quickscoping hasn't been removed, sleight of hand pro has been removed. You can still quickscope, it just takes a lot more skill now. Go look up some CoD4 quickscope montages on youtube. It definitely still can be done, just not as easy as MW2 made it.
Call of Duty isn't about tactics. It's an arcade shooter. There are plenty of other tactical shooters out there, so go play one of those if you require tactics.
They took stopping power out, so I imagine they increased the damage of sniper rifles to not make them useless. CoD2 had one hit kill sniper rifles as well.
Everybody get Fable II for free while you can:

Do what I told Shoko to do:
Go to your account management or whatever and check your download history. It will be in the history, and you can just re download it. Same thing happened to me so I went and did that and it worked.

Lol, I guess so.
Are you going to be renting the next Grand Theft Auto as well because of one bad game?
Dude, gtfo. If you don't like it, then fine, because guess what: YOU DON'T HAVE TO PLAY IT. Let me repeat myself: you DON'T have to play it. Got it now?
World at War was a great game, but you've already proven that your opinion is about as educated as a hiphopgamer article, so I'm not going to explain to you why you are completely full of sh*t.
And who gives a f*ck that people are excited about it? Does that seriously piss you off that...
I agree with everything in your comment, but why list the campaign as a negative?
That's like complaining that MGS4 has a bad multiplayer mode(it didn't, but I'm just using it as an example for arguments sake). Nobody gives a crap about CoD campaigns.
You do know that it's possible to be blown away by graphics, even though there is something that's technically better out there, don't you?
I was blown away by Gears of War 1, I was blown away by Killzone 2, I was blown away by Uncharted 2, and when Killzone 3 comes out, I will be blown away by it as well (despite the fact that there is little change in graphics from KZ2).
Not everyone compares graphics to the game that set the highest benchmark. ...
I don't think he meant that literally. He probably meant that the success and popularity of CoD4 has spawned many military fps clones, which might never have been made if CoD4 wasn't so popular.
Boring? Maybe to an ADD addled 13 year old who doesn't give two shits about a storyline or good characters. Buggy? I ran into only 3-4 bugs throughout my entire playthrough, and half of them were entertaining. Also, if you don't like westerns, then you have no business judging them.
Red Dead is nothing like GTA4. Red Dead Redemption is a masterpiece, and is the best western game there is. Don't blame the game just because you're too immature and uneducat...
I came to that conclusion because I didn't think someone could be so stupid as to respond to an article question, and then post something completely irrelevant to the answer in the beginning of the comment.
You either have ADD, or you're not very smart, and judging by your comments, I'd say you're just an idiot.
What advice? All they say to me is how much I f*cking suck and then tell everybody to kick me out of the game. About a week or two ago, I thought to myself, hey, it would be fun to pop in Socom for a quick match or two, seeing as how I had a lot of fun playing the beta in private matches with my friends.
So I pop it in, wait like 5 minutes on matchmaking before I give up and go to the custom servers and just join one that isn't full. As I first spawn, I choose a sniper...
How much have you actually played of it then? They mainly crop up later in the game, when your save file gets to be 11+mb. There are a few bugs earlier on, but if you're lucky enough, you'll miss them, but the real sh*t starts later on in the game.
I've beat FO3s story missions, all the main games side missions, and 2 of the DLCs. I only played 2, because it freezes and has framerate issues a LOT now, and I barely made it through Point Lookout. Look around so...
Not to mention the lack of a tacked on multiplayer mode. Seriously, when the campaign is the main focus, the game should be at least 10+ hours long, but if it's shorter, it should (idealistically) have some form of multiplayer (if the genre suits it that is, such as a shooter).
But 4 hours with no multiplayer mode, well this game is definitely not justified at $65.
Damn, and I was really looking forward to this one too :(
Guess I'll ...
By your comment, you are saying that because you were disappointed with one game, you are only going to rent the next one because you were disappointed with the previous one.
GTAIV was a disappointment to many, yet I don't see why that should be a reason to refuse to purchase another one just because of one bad game.
And yeah, you obviously do care or you wouldn't be replying to my comment.
