Wow.. just wow.... How did this get approved? Mods should remove this story... Each console has fanboys the biggest 360 fanboys on here are N4PS3G(Bungies new account) ,GiantEnemyCrab and SodaPopinsky. Go to any of there posts to find this place is filled with 360 fanboys as much as PS3 fanboys.
I honestly think this has come out though as now PS3 is finally beating 360 left right and centre and Alan Wake didn't break any records nor beat the graphics bar set by uncharted...

2 hours bore fest if last year is anything to go by... Honestly the new DS worry's me as they say 3D without glasses however its impossible with the new 3D screens that don't need 3D glasses to show 2D content however they also claim its backwards compatible.. They are lying about something... You either need glasses or its not backwards compatible.. Either way Nintendo's press Conferences have never been exciting.. usually a couple of cool announcements then a load of crap to fil...

New motherboard??? Seems RROD isn't dead afterall otherwise a complete redesign wouldn't be needed IMO.. I seriously doubt this is for a slimmer model as slim models are usually designed to reduce price but 360 is the cheapest of the 3 consoles right now (the arcade edition) and its gonna get cheaper as the hardware gets cheaper. Hell MS could release at £100 and probably break even on the console and just make money on games like when the console was first released.. So leads me...
MGS4 installs weren't so bad but on second play through they could have left the files there so you wouldn't have to re-install the files for second play through.. What idiot thought of wiping the files after you played through??? At least give us an option!!!! I finished the game then went to play again and realised the huge long installs were back?? I was like WTF?!?!?! As for space my 500GB easily enough as is 250gb PS3's so its a dead issue... hell even 120gbs last enough time...

Bad enough with Europe servers cant understand 80% of the users on there! only 20% of the users speak English and is one of the main reasons I stopped using HOME they should have made an English only room for European users. It completely ruins the experience going into HOME and not being able to speak to a damn single person as they don't speak your language. Adding Jap would just make it 10X worse...

They did say asap I expected later this year not a few years... I wonder how long before this comes to UK.. Also I wonder why these are not coming to 360 also? I think its to do with HDMI version and security as it would be possible to record the 360 version you download but since PS3 has better encryption over HDMI having the more upto date version it's impossible to record? I think I read that somewhere about HDMI versions how they added security with HDMI 1.3.
Somebody finally had to shut these people up all they care about is getting money back and complaining most of the people who complained probably didn't own a PS3 and just said it to take a shot at PS3 anyway.
I don't think a major price drop anytime soon but there might be something at E3 maybe a new bundle? They could in drop it a little though... Or make a PS3 special edition without no hard drive for users to put there own in for super cheap. Of course that would just be confusing to a lot of consumers but be great for anybody who knows what they are doing.
This is why consoles dried up the last few months no doubt they were shipping out remainder of the old chips ready for the new ones to save on manufacturing costs. Hopefully there will now be plenty in stock so people can easily find one and nobody will have any excuses to why Sony PS3 didn't sell well that month.
I think we wont find it out until it's near the date to stop MS rushing NATAL out to match the release date. Since NATAL won't be ready as soon as MOVE due being slightly more complicated technology MS would still rush it out the door so Sony doesn't get there gadget out first as MS themselves have proved what getting your device out first can do to the market. Obviously the problem there would be NATAL breaking and horror story.s so Sony keeping the dates under wraps is not only ...
this has obviously been in the making for a very long time now and they did a good job keeping it under wraps but Sony cant keep anything secret and now MM are a Sony company it got leaked so they announced it lol. I agree though it really is information overload these past 2 weeks.
@secksi-killer - See thats the main deal for 360 and why games keep selling for 360. The lead 360 got is still hitting PS3 because of the reason you just stated. When I bought Bad Company 2 I played with only 2 of my PS3 friends because all my other friends who had the game got the 360 version. The reason?? They got the 360 first before the ps3 came out.. all there mates too are stuck in the same deal. They don't want to pay for a PS3 until there 360 does finally pop its clogs.
