Still a great game. Love it a whole lot. Very cool exclusive content across all platforms.
PS4 has been selling a whole lot because of many of the great titles out now and that are coming soon. Lot of momentum leaning towards Sony right now.
It definitely has a lot of mystic to the story. The writing is great throughout.
The picture shows a lot of what was there...
The execution was definitely not where it needed to be. I like SHUMPS as much as anyone, I grew up with a lot of classic. But there are some fundamental issues that need to be addressed.
This is definitely one of those games that will very quickly and efficiently humble you as a gamer. Completely makes it clear within minutes of starting up.
I'm honestly done with Souls games after this... I've had my share of them. Clearly not my preferred style of game to stay with.
Believe me... it is... the RAGE induced from it is indeed real...
Then you better ready yourself to die many MANY times. Its a rough one.
It has an ending.
Its pretty good. Love the humor throughout the game.
You wont be finding any buyers remorse with this game. You'll want more of it by the time you are done.
I'm definitely counting that the game will get a sequel. I only wonder if they will take the same approach, or even maybe consider making the game in a 16 Bit style.
That would be incredibly good for a step up.
The game DEFINITELY doesn't suck. Its a nice package of EPIC WIN.
You should definitely play it ASAP. It was one of the best games last year, rightfully so. Even though most of it is the same from the previous release, its still that good. The new PlayStation Exclusive content is a nice accent to it all.
Anything with Metoird-vania style and RPG aspects sounds pretty neat to me.
It was fun being on the podcast to talk about MKX.
I'm honestly not a fan of the new controller. I know I havent had hands on time with it, but I think they should've stuff with the older layout of the buttons. Might make more sense for simulating playing a real guitar, thats cool, but I like the older layout better.
Also I think their approach with past DLC songs might be an edge for Rock Band. Might rub a lot of people the wrong way.
Yeah, there are some things in the game that are clearly from when the game was on PSP. Like the changing of characters in the main hub, I really wish that was adjusted for the PS4 release. It would've been a small change that would've made a significantly positive impact on the whole experience.
I think NR is handling their guest characters right thus far. Makes me optimistic about Predator when he finally releases. I also would like to see more variations of the quotes said by other characters when beginning a match with guests.
