The only crime I see is that SEGA put that demo out as being representative of the final game. Surely a demo is meant to make you want to buy the final game and this one it failed. This will be one occasion that I listen to reviewers and ignore the demo.

Yep… I got to about 8500 in the rankings on both cars.
On another account I completed a very slow time and it was I came about 3.5m.
8500 is poo, but out of millions then it doesn’t look so bad.

I’m actually referring to your sense of achievement in the overall battle and winning the fight. People like instance gratification and plaudits for what they have done and achieved. Playing MAG is like making the biggest donation to the charity of your choice and nobody knowing you done it.

Good, because I’m saying that this is a game that most people will not like. I’m also not comparing it against MW2 because that is one of the best FPS this generation which MAG not. I also understand that its approach to game play is different, but that fact you have to rely on so many other criteria’s within the actual battle that you have no control over, means that as a player you lose all sense achievement or immersion.

I upgraded to 500gb so I really hope there is a way you can quick transfer everything. If they could come up with a way of just swapping harddrives so you keep everything, but the internal hardware is just upgraded then I'd give Sony a big virtual hug.

TukkerIntensity just copied and pasted the PR for the game right into his comment, however the game IMO is a massive letdown. I played the 1st and 3rd beta and played for about 10-15 hours in total.
The whole game is sold on the size of battles and the number of players. I’m sorry, but all online team multiplayer’s rely on good teamwork. That’s why they are team games…

I reckon I’ll get 15-20 hours entertainment out of it, which makes £6 well worth it.
It’s also very easy to pick up and play after the 10 min tutorial and even makes you feel good at pool.

The only thing this game has going for it is the large number of players.
Everything else is done better by other games and it does a lot of things very badly (IMO)
I’d even put money on it that it will only score high 70’s or low 80’s on Meta.

Could just be me, however it looks like they have taken inspiration from “spy” element of their own multiplayer in previous games. Shame they dropped said multiplayer from this game, however still day 1.
