It's a picture on a website. Sony is not selling anything, claiming they own the image, or stand to make profit out of it. Not to mention that even though it's an image from Smash Bros, it's a Capcom character. This is really not an issue.

I don't think there's a downgrade perse. Uncharted always had the gameplay graphics and the cinematic graphics. What we saw in PSX was real-time gameplay. Pretty sure the cutscenes are gonna look like the reveal trailer.
The worst one is the one I can't play because of a stupid exclusivity clause. -_-
I think the huge deal here is that it's exclusive to PC and PS4 but there's cross platform play. So for the first time it will be ONE global community. Every single SFV player will be on the same leaderboard. I think this will make SFV the most played and competitive SF game to date.
