That's pretty crazy considering the game was released on April 26. Glad to see people gave the game a chance in spite of questionable reviews that seem to nitpick parts to build a narrative instead of taking the thing as a whole.
Classic Cloud, materia, returning enemies, Jessie Biggs and Wedge... How the f*ck are these details "you missed"??? Literally they are going "hey you totally didn't notice FFVII has the things that were originally in FFVII". What a stupid article. Smh.
Bloody-disgusting...
"Anthem’s core mechanics are satisfying, its world is enticing and its characters, by and large, are charming." 7/10
Yeah...
Even if it was delayed "critics" would have sh*t on it all the same. They made up their mind about this game way before it was even released.
After the whole Sekiro debacle, I don't trust game journalists when it comes to game difficulty...
Same thing happened when I grew up if your parents couldn't afford new Nikes, or the latest toys, or designer clothes, etc. This is not a Fortnite issue. It's a matter of knowing you can't have everything and being grateful for what your parents can afford.
So now you're "bullied" if you don't have a skin? Gtfo. I'm sick of this made up issues that plague video game news nowadays. Anything for some cheap clicks.

It's like internet points... Some people get satisfaction and bragging rights out of it.... Some don't care. I know some people who ONLY play games to unlock trophies. To each their own I guess.
Waiting on the obligatory "DMC plays best on Switch!!" crap articles. XD
Excella and science dude... Irving I think was his name are about the least memorable characters in a main RE entry lol. I only remember Excella because of her cleveage. XD
Gamer here. You should buy whatever the hell you want.
They remain 100% full of sh*t...
Of ALL the titles in the Nintendo family... The very first Gameboy Mario, which sold 18 million copies and was a global success is the black sheep??? In a world where Hey You Pikachu exists Super Mario Land is the black sheep? How old is the writer of this article? In Mario Land Mario runs, he jumps, and he shoots fireballs. LITERALLY the same things he did in the first game.
Detective Yu??
That's what you get when you try to take ownership over a verb lol. Sucks that now when people Google his channel they'll likely run into the game. But when you use a common word like this there's really not much you can do, especially if it's a different type of product. Reminds me of the guy who owned Edge games and started suing everyone who used "edge" on game titles. Eventually the court decided that it was not valid to trademark such a common word and he lost t...
I got a refund for the same reason when No Man's Sky came out. Luckily that game really improved over time and I got it for cheap the second time around.
Well... Honestly Sekiro in general has a steeper learning curve but it's way more forgiving. And the bosses all have a very strict pattern to them that once you learn them it becomes rather easy. The pre final boss, first and 3rd phase of the final boss I beat in 1-2 minutes. The second phase of the final boss I found the hardest. But overall once you get when to parry, when to jump and when to dodge you pretty much nullify all damage on the bosses. Meanwhile as much as I've played th...
My main issue with these articles is that they are a template by this point. Insert game that's is pretty much the same as every other version and then talk about how it being on the go makes it the best way to play it. Rinse and repeat. What's the point?
I'll wait for user reviews. For all we know it got deducted points because you can't play as a binary transgenderfluid POC. I completely stopped trusting game "journalists"
