Saying hordes appear 30 hours in is a joke lol. I ran into my first horde near a Nero checkpoint in the first act of the game. Guy probably went straight to the story missions and didn't even bother to explore or do side missions.
The only think I can think about is that they want people to use word of mouth to hype the game. But that's awfully archaic. CDPR are a talented team, but I can't shake the feeling of one of those ultra scripted, non representative of the final product presentations...

Resident Evil 2 Remake first??? Don't get me wrong, I loved the game. But on subsequent playthroughs you realize that it's a 1-2 hour game that over simplified the RE formula. Unlike the Resident Evil Remake, I find that the RE2 remake is so different that it doesn't replace the original, which in my opinion is the better game.
The user score in Metacritic for this game currently stands at 8.1. Ign is just doing damage control telling us its "ok" to like the game even though it's "not good". Ign missed the mark. Gtfo!

If you're so into a game that you won't take your kids to school, shower, eat, go to work, etc, that's on you. Not the game. I think it's irresponsible to play the game victim card and say the game is causing all your troubles.
