The PS2 Castlevanias are much more underrated imo.
Why compare mobas to Fortnite and PUBG? They are totally different genres and have a very different demographic. One genre is very casual and pick up and play. The other is much more nuanced. That title makes it sound like one is an alternative to the other.
Talk about apples and oranges...
Yup. $20 to upgrade to Ultimate edition.
The point of this article is speculating that since Nocturne HD is coming to Switch that might mean that P5 will also be ported... Dumb article.
Yeah that was my whole point. The Soulsborne games are mainstream now with millions sold worldwide. I think the people saying they are still "niche" are confusing them term for being not for everyone.
They were niche. Demon's Souls was a cult classic. Dark Souls was what started bringing mainstream attention to the series. By Dark Souls 2 it was a genre of its own.
The true Demon's Souls starts here.
You don't realize there's such thing as ergonomics. The overall shape of the control, the way the hand grips are rounded, the shape of the shoulder buttons etc are almost identical to the Switch Pro controller. You are just talking about the overall button layout.
Still my favorite console of all time. Mainstream 3D games were in their infancy. Developers were testing the waters so you would constantly get original game ideas. The main target demographic was the people who grew up with video games who were an older audience at this point which gave way to a more mature approach for games. The competition between consoles was vicious so they would constantly strive to top the other console. It was an overall renaissance of gaming. Yes some of the older ...
Looks more like the Switch Pro controller imo.
Depends on encumbrance and Stat requirements. That armor looks pretty heavy and the scythe might have a high strength/dex requirement. Anything apart from the default starting gear tends to be too dependent on strength or heavy to use without leveling up.
It's a quality of life improvement... But a "game changer"? It's not like someone is going to choose one console over the other for this feature. A little hyperbolic imo...
You're in for a treat my friend.
This game is looking amazing. Can't wait to see Latria. With that said, I do hope to see some changes from the original game. The healing system was broken so you could have 99 of every healing item and basically never died. Maybe limit it a little like Bloodborne where you can only have X amount of healing items at once. Also as much as I like how faithful the recreation is, I hope they tweak up things like the boss fights. For example, in terms of lore Garl Vinland and Maiden Astrea is ...
Twin Snakes was NOT better than the original...
The re-recorded dialog was not on par with the original (some actors sounded tired, some where changed and some lines were changed for some reason.)
Example: the death of Pyscho Mantis.
Original "This is the first time I've used my powers to help someone else. It feels kind of..... Nice."
Twin Snakes: "This is the first time I've used my powers to ...
Yup... MGS2 gameplay did not work in MGS1. You could just enter an area, go to fps and hit every guard with a trank and just waltz completely unopposed.
Going from 1 sold to 2 sold is a 100% increase. They Xbox brand has always had lackluster sales in Japan. Any increase in sales no matter how small will be huge in terms of percentage. What are the actual numbers?
From a financial standpoint it makes sense. On Xbox players will experience the games mostly on Gamepass meanwhile elsewhere they would get legit sales. Its more money for their pockets.
Any decent gaming PC has liquid cooling plus fans and avoids excessive heat...
