How about developers focus on whatever the hell they want and you buy the games that appeal to you... I swear game "journalists" will find any excuse to cry about anything and everything. There's plenty of games out there that focus on revenge, redemption and everything in between.
Not the most prestigious thing in the world but let's look at the Game Awards GOTY list:
2014- Dragon Age Inquisition
2015- The Witcher 3
2016- Overwatch
2017- BOTW
2018- God of War
2019- Sekiro
2020- TLOU2
You'll notice apart from Overwatch the winners (and most nominees) for best games year after year tend to be single player games. They have never gone anywhere. And anyone who tried to c...
It's lamer than Laurence Blood.

I love how people just disagree with facts nowadays. Goldeneye wasn't even the first fps on the N64. Turok and Doom 64 were out by the time Goldeneye came out.
That is just factually wrong. Wolfenstein 3D was the first fps a whole 5 years before Goldeneye.
How do you lose someone who never worked for you? Hidetaka Miyazaki works for From Software. The hell you talking about?
Game "journalists".
No difficulty with options: "Games should be accesible and enjoyable by everyone!"
Easy options: "Patronizing!"
They could've fixed ONE bug and that would technically bring it "closer" to coming back. Sounds like corporate speak for "not even close".
I genuinely enjoyed Death Stranding but I was EXHAUSTED by the time I beat it. And it's by design. This game is about overcoming hardships. I'm glad I played it, but I don't think I would enjoy doing something like that again. XD
Monster Hunter World is Capcom's best selling game of all time. It officially brought the series to the main stream. It wasn't just old MH fans who bought that game.
Anyone who plays any game with grinds, crafting, etc goes online to research the games. There's resources out there. Same as everything else. If you want to get good at something you have to put in the legwork.
I genuinely don't remember. Were people this outraged when the Wii shop and Virtual Console closed?

The fact that you were forced to buy a game for a system you don't own just so that you wouldn't miss out is precisely the problem.
So screw all future Switch owners, right?
Lots of fond memories of PS Home. I think the concept was great but at the moment Sony didn't have the social architecture for it. A new take taking advantage of modern social medía features would be cool.
Demos have been around since gaming itself. How is this particular one a "master stroke"? It gave you a (rough) playable built for you to get the feel for it. I personally found this game is not for me. Feels a little generic for my taste. So the demo kinda swayed me in the opposite direction.
Forget the full price. The limited time digital releases are the real issue that needs to be addressed.
If you like Metroid it's 100% worth the full price. This game is superb.
The can leave Goenitz and Orochi out though. XD
Even a broken clock is right twice a day... When you make so many predictions one is bound to be right every once in a while. Doesn't change the fact that he's wrong 99% of the time lol.
