If this is true then I can't really trust respawn when they were all "surprised" that EA struck an exclusivity deal... So they were surprised that the guys GIVING THEM MONEY expected something like exclusivity in return??? Dark Souls is an old game that is why there's not that many people playing on consoles anymore, and the community for the series originated with Demon's Souls, which was a ps3 exclusive hence why the bulk of the fans of the series are mostly console players. I'll take a better community and gameplay experience over better graphics with rampant hackers any day. Having to put up with immortal invaders over and over on the first Dark Souls on Pc really put me off buying the new game for my computer. As tempting as it may seem to buy this game for my gaming rig I'll wait to see if the hacker situation got fixed this time around.

Royal Rat Authority felt extremely cheap at first, it killed me countless times, then I figured out the trick and it barely touched me and it felt all the more rewarding. Which is how this series works. There's no need to nerf the bosses. As long as a single person exists who beat the game it means that it's not impossible. Not to keen on this patch.

Rygar on PS2 was amazing. God of War burrowed A LOT from that game. And the fully destroyable environments were great. I encourage everyone to give that game a try if you ever bump into it on a bargain bin. Completely worth it.

Usually fps protagonists are bland empty canvasses which have no personality because they are an avatar for the player. There are much worse protagonists out there with actual personalities.

The thing is the only thing that would actually push me to buy a system is an experience that I could only get for said system. Forking up $500 for something I can get for $60 and arguably a better version (pc) is really not justified. MS should really start focusing on first party studios and developing their own exclusive ip's or I'll probably just have to skip the Xbox this gen. Timed exclusives and dlc is not a business model that gonna work.
