Another fine observation by Pachter... Master of the obvious... Pretty much everyone has been saying this since day one.
Ryse the best looking game?

I had to jump through hoops for the PS store to work without giving me an error and once I downloaded Outlast I had to reset the licenses because it didn'trrecognizeme as the owner of the account hwho bought the game. My guess is that way too much people went to the store at once and overflowed the server. I hope they get this resolved, because if something like this happened for Outlast, a rather unknown game, I can't imagine what will happen during a big day release like Infamous.
This is a genuine, non trolling question... Who exactly validates Pachter's opinion. I know he's a supposed "expert" on the gaming market but most of the stuff he says is either wrong or just plain obvious. Not sure why people keep listening to him.
The impression I'm getting is that they are very similar but they dropped the bass vibration feature. The video makes no mention of it.
@PorkChop Sounds awesome! I'll give it a shot!
The battery life is about 6 to 8ish hours. However the thing with this headset is that it vibrates with bass sounds. So naturally having the vibration on max with bass heavy games or music drastically reduces the battery life. But if you keep the vibration to a minimum it's about as good as any other headset. Also the thing I like is that the headset has no external microphone so it's pretty portable. Apart from the wireless dongle you can directly plug the headset to regular phone ja...
Totally different games, totally different focuses. Not sure what this "battle" is about. Which game is better? Opinions... Which console has the best "exclusive"? Titanfall doesn't count cause it's gonna be on 3 platforms. I don't know. Apples and oranges.
Isn't that like around half of the people who bought the system? That's not bad at all.
I don't get the whole "I only care about new games" arguments. You don't care, then this doesn't affect you at all. For all those early PS adopters with hundreds of games in their library throughout the years this is huge. And for the record, true gamers love to play their games no matter how old they are. I still play Mega Man 2 on a regular basis and that game is over 25 years old. The more systems I can play it on, the better.
The glory days where the 80s and early 90s when Nintendo was everywhere. Back in the day you wouldn't say "I'm going home to play video games", you would flat out say "I'm going home to play Nintendo". Then you had the Pokemon boom when everyone and their mother had those games and watched the series. Nintendo will always be there, but saying that it's their glory days right now is just unrealistic.
Well I don't know about the Xbox, but I really think that the PS4 needs PSOne backward compatibility. I mean, every Sony system ever is able to play PS1 games so I don't see a reason why the PS4 shouldn't be able to. It feels kind of empty that apart from playing ps4 games and watching streaming videos there's not a wholellot of use for my ps4, versus my Vita which has a HUGE gallery of games spanning 3 systems, PS1, PSP and Vita.
Tldr: PSOne emulation. I nee...
I'm getting my fix on on Vita with Celceta. I really hope this comes to PS4.
I think it all depends. I think of games like Uncharted or Metal Gear and there'sjust no room for the characters to be customizable. Games where you're character is pretty much an avatar like the Elder Scrolls or Dark Souls by all means. Then you have games like Mass Effect where they give you the choice... But we all know how that turns out lol.
Umbasa!
Then there would be no point in more than one console existing...
This was actually quite a decent game back in the day.But Rage of the Dragons was an awesome game that could hang in there with KOF. It's a shame that the developers could never get the Double Dragon license and make it an official DD game.
This is great news. Dark Souls was a huge game world and each area was unique and had it's own atmosphere. I can't help but feeling that if they tried to make the world even bigger somehow the overall design would get watered down. The Souls series are definitely my favorite games of the gen.
WHOOOOOOPEEEEEEEEEEEE!
