I got trolled for days after saying that the new Star Wars game could possibly come on current-gen - nobody agreed.
Now look at this game - there's still a lot of power on the PS3.
It's because the guy in the picture is not Solid Snake - its Big Boss (he wears an eye patch) - and they reversed the image to make that clear - because the "normal" version of the image has the eye patch on the wrong eye.

regardless - its still a dick move to release 2/3 games in a trilogy and then not release the 3rd on the same platform.
I'm guessing it will be like that with Dead Space, Crysis and it was like that with Mass Effect.

Yes - competition is good but you're under the false impression that Origin fairly competes. It doesn't.
EA is slowly pulling their games from all other digital distribution services and are pushing their own platform.
This isn't competition - its out right forcing (!) consumers to spin a certain way.
Believe what you will - but this is not a good thing and whoever uses origin...
Unfortunately a vocal few will not be enough to change the fact that we're heading towards photo realism. Sales do the talking - and people have a tendency to buy pretty games.

I wouldn't be surprised if it came to current gen. I've said it before - and got a lot of disagreement - visually 1313 isn't more impressive than FU2 was at the time of its reveal.
Go back and read the previews if you don't believe me.
