i don't see how full production is just now in full swing and be able to launch in a few weeks.
just seems you need more time than this to accomplish all the goals that need to be meet for a console launch.
but hey, i just play the games...so what do i know.

Man xbox fanboys just keep getting owned lol.We have short loading times and a near silent console unlike another console i know.
i counted how long it took me to load up CoD2 and jump on to xbox Live...it took around 8 to 10 secs. i will do it again (been awhile) to get the exact time.
anyway, my point is that the xbox boots up and loads games really fast.
also my 8 to 10 secs was getting into a game on...

if you are talking about the first xbox...live kicked off after the launch...so that was an off statment you made. if you were talking about the 360...well we know no games dropped live so...what are you talking about?
i think i would title this as The PlayStation Network and WiiConnect 24 get ready to battle Xbox Live.
i have scanned some of the comments and made some myself on this. but i noticed some of you wondering how this game will play (combat system and such). i have noticed some saying things like, it reminds me of jade empire.
you guys may or may not know this. Bioware who made Knights of the Old Republic (1st one), and Jade Empire is make this game.
so my guess, and watching the walk through on market place is that it will play a lot like those two games.
DJ, i don't know man. I even mention this above. "in motion" blows these pics away. the walk through you can down load on market place is unreal.
i show it to people who come over to my house, some gamers some not. everyone of them had to be convinced it was a real game.
bottom line is...in motion it looks photo realistic.

this game IS photo realistic in motion. do like THAMMER1 says and download the walk through.
these guys do not need to prove anything to me. They won me over with Knights of the Old Republic.
Hell, Bioware always makes a good game.
No surprise really. when you can use one whole core for just A.I. like in CoD2. A.I. on that game at hard is unreal.
