same, so im using this instead
just guessing, however id say it would be down to the developers as they would be the ones who would have to implement options to allow the use of the oculus in their code...much like how on the ps3 the devs who wanted to implement 3d did it themselves by implementing the option for it...however id imagine sony would have to give some sort of permission for it to happen. Really hope it happens and takes off though!

and not even ultimate team is exclusive...just some content for it
yea i agree, and you know sony annouced this at their Feb reveal aswell
@why o why, very good point i hadnt thought of that, sort of devaules the whole achivement/trophy concept a little if they dont void them
@golding, are you claiming the xbone is more bang for buck?...just asking as my eyes read it that way...but my brain said their lying
and have you never lent or borrowed a game to/from a friend. Never had an internet fail that lasted more than a few minuets, and never sold a game?
Spose if you'r willing to relinquish youre ownership and free will to do what you want with something you purchased to a company and not at all bothered about the principles behind the issue then good for you i spose...
Im hoping Sony's system for trading etc is less restrictive but yep fully agree if all these reports turn out to be true, which I think they will, then I fully agree and out of principle and hassle I will also only buy once games have had there price cut...which even this gen is only a month or 2
Because instead of an online pass its a whole game pass which also dictates where you can buy n sell the game...and restricts lending to friends etc ....and if you think the fee will be 10-15 then you in for a shock, current mcv reports suggest could be more like 35
How will being more selective help the industry? It will stop me taking a gamble on games such as neir for example, which incidently is my game of this gen,..this will see a massive reduction in any original games, it will slowly strangle the industry and any creativity as publishers will only want to take on games certain to sell...basically a massive downward spiral
agreed! im sure it could become more profitable doing that way to as you would keep the people who would get it anyway, but also help encourage those with less free time to give it a go.
I think you may need to look up the definition of xenophobic, as i'm not afraid of Americans. I was refering to the fact that im my view the Xbox 360, for which the USA is its biggest market, has had great success despite having a line up that is nowhere near as good as what the PS3 has had...i honestly think, from a gamers perspective, that picking a 360 over ps3 is crazy, and it appears that it will be the same next gen.
Or American, as it's been the same this gen, PlayStation for games Xbox for cod
Agree 100% i think alot of people are just comparing ps4 to amds current chips and forgetting/ignoring the fact that the chips being used have been heavily customised to improve performance and fit sonys needs
unfortuanatley i can see this tech being in both next gen consoles, and i understand their reason to some degree although i dont agree with it. However i think the consumer backlash would cause publishers to quickly abandon this idea...at least i hope so as i trade in quite a few games so i can buy new ones.
Nice some devs still think like this
i dont see it getting anywhere near as much attention as ps4 yet....also n4g used to be pro ms for quite a few years, with ps3 getting bashed all over the place, but the shift to sony pro userbase could be seen to show that the hardcore gaming community shifted back to sony a few years into this gen once they realised thats where the games are at...sooo basically your wrong and have done a poor attempt at trolling.
@ (0.35) just a bit of a ripoff of the slums and tiffa's bar from FFvii
didnt work on the N64, wont work now for sooo many resasons, not least that it will create a disparity that devs will have to accomadte makeing any potential enhancments redundant as they would have to cater to the lowest spec machine of the majority of the market who would not want to upgrade.
id be happy with that in the uk, personally im thinking we will get a £399 price for the basic model though
My thoughts exactly
