All of these games together won't be missed as much as Halo 2 being shut down.
You could sell your vita and buy a 3DS.
The vita is really cool hardware but nobody supports it. The 3ds on the other hand makes up for inferior tech by having no shortage of great games to play and it will be one game stronger with monster hunter next spring!
As a gamer who writes things in comment sections on web forums, I feel strongly entitled that Microsoft should give me more things because _____ .
Innovation can't and won't improve if people aren't willing to put up with the early stages of products. Imagine if people just decided they were done with iPhones after the first iteration which didn't offer enough to justify its hefty price tags.
The xbone is gonna sell fine now but in ten years it'll be exactly the same as it is now.
The shallowmindwd gaming community is strangling innovation.
You're what's wrong with the online gaming community
Everyone commenting here is ignoring the point of the article. There's no negative connotations about how the console will sell. It's about the fact that the whining adolescent gamer community is continually stifling any real hardware advances in the industry.
The original drm stance that Microsoft had for xbone was flawed in some ways but the gains from that system were far greater and were unfortunately understated. It may have sucked a bit at first before it evolved into s...
The title for this article makes it seem like they haven't already been doing this for three years
@thereaperson
You do realize that what you described is exactly what diehard Sony fanboys have been doing for every single announcement like this fir xbone games?
Don't act like it isn't true.
Seeing that there's no mention of a Halo 2 anniversary I really hope it's a fake. I want that game!
"A remake that not a whole lot of people were asking for"? Sorry dude but you must be out of touch with Nintendo/pokemon fans. I know many people who knew this was coming and wanted it very much.
I'm super excited because I actually skipped this generation back in my awkward teen phase of hating things that I used to like. So glad I get to play a remastered version without the nostalgia goggles taking away from it
Without online multiplayer though unless you've got a wired in ps3 to go with it.
I'm with the other guy when I say, "wheres the American version?!"
There's nothing about Jennifer Hale'sperformance that's better than Mark Meer's. They're both just meh. Even in Halo 4 she wasn't that good.
Effing Kotaku posted one article about it three years ago and now everyone's delusional.
Honestly, aside from Seth Green, both the shepards are the worst actors of the whole cast.
Wrex, Liara or Tali or any other squad mate deserves more recognition on a list like this.
But anyone else doing next gen ports are money grubbing A-holes
THIS JUST IN:
You're only disagreeing with us because you know we're right.
Yup!
The big rumors for this came out literally moments after I finished a play through in me3 and thought to myself how cool it would be to get these games on next gen.
If this were news for an xbone game these same people wouldn't be so understanding and forgiving
Awesome news for me. I never could enjoy any mmo because of the outlandish amount of time they expected you to invest in order to reach the really good content of the game.
I don't have any problems with them using ps4 as the lead platform but I would really like to see some xbox one footage eventually.
Meh, I've only preordered for the beta key.
I have every intention of digital purchase for this game. It seems like the game you never want out of your console.
Eh, it's been a year and a half. Well beyond the point where it's ok to complain about spoilers.
