This was taken out of context. he didn't tell anyone anything to their face. He didn't compare the PS4 and XB1 at all. He was comparing this gen tech with next gen tech. Another article attempting to spin the Xb1 in a positive light and ultimately failing.
Meh, it won't be more dynamic either way. This was taken out of context. He never said it was better than the PS4 version.
This was taken out of context. He did not say that the XB1 was better than the PS4 in anyway. he was comparing this gen to next gen. Move along, nothing to see here. The straw grasping has been getting bad the last couple days.
CNN must be smoking crack rocks.
Whatever you need to keep telling yourself guy. I'll be going with the superior hardware at a lower cost. Screw brand loyalty.
More like not leaving a good majority of your loyal fanbase in the cold because they lack a connection...that's just pure douchery and not the future. I can understand taking that route when the internet infrastructure is there, but it's far too early to go that route.
Not to mention hard drive sizes. They are no where near where they need to be to accommodate all of your physical media sizes.
Uh, no. I like having choices as a consumer.
Okay, then don't tout Titanfall as an XB1 exclusive either.
lmao these articles are getting more and more ridiculous every day. PS4 is the obvious choice for hardcore gamers. I won't let brand loyalty get in the way of purchasing a good product. The PS4 looks to be a good product.
Price will be a major factor this time around. The economy in the US is not what it was in 2006, and the casuals will get the cheapest SKU they can around the holidays. The average consumer could care less about specs. That price tag does it for them normally. The hardcore...if they know what's good for them will go with the PS4. The casuals will for the price. I don't see how Sony could mess this up at this point. They are doing everything right this generation.
Article is misleading and bullshit. They will not do this. They are pushing Kinect hard, and that is where the extra price is coming in. Personally, I think Kinect is and always will be a bullshit device that you don't need....Microsoft doesn't seem to think that way though.
Nope. It's due to PS4 SKU's currently being in low supply due to over-demand. People can keep spinning though.
@Ballseye Why should I have to buy external devices to enjoy a product I purchased out of the box? I'll go with internal batteries that have yet to die out after 7 years of use. Don't like flushing my money down the toilet.
Sticking with my PS4. I don't like being lied to.
@edonus- Are you smoking crack rocks? This isn't the first blatantly wrong comment I've seen you make on here. Just because you think it's a certain way, doesn't make it so. Like lying in the other thread about DualShock 3 internal batteries dying out quickly. STOP LYING.
GDDR ram is much faster than standard DDR3 memory. That couples with the processing edge...it lands a hefty punch.
@edonus Still playing on my DualShock 3 that I got back at launch in 2006. Still going strong. Still holds a charge and I have yet to keep feeding it expensive AA batteries or have to buy any accessories for it. So tell me another one.
And using Kinect as a mic...lol that should be great when you have tons of sound coming from the speakers around you.
Let's see...I can spend $499 and get a device with lower specs and a forced camera from a company that has flat out lied to it's fans for the past 2 months...OR....I can get a device for $399 with better specs, no forced camera and a headset in the box from a company that has had the hardcore gamer at heart from the beginning ... decisions decisions. Common sense ensues.
Kinect is a joke and I have yet to see anything innovative on the Xbox regarding it. I'll be going with PS4. I get a controller, a headset and better hardware right out of the box at $100 less. Quite the deal. I also don't have a pointless device added to my purchase that I, and a ton of other people, didn't want in the first place.
Nothing to cry over. This was taken out of context. He didn't compare the PS4 and XB1 at all. He was comparing this gen tech with next gen tech. Another article attempting to spin the Xb1 in a positive light and ultimately failing.
