$50 was the sweet spot I feel. Now I'm more wary on those "B" level "I'm sort of interested" titles.

I see the fanboys are so jealous of awesome PS3 exclusives, they need to troll using characters that will never be seen on their own systems. I guess that's how it goes when your system lacks any recognizable and amazing characters.

Very true. I just dislike it when good games are overlooked simply for access to some far off "big name" title.
They compare it to Crackdown... which ended up on store shelves pretty fast as trade ins. Which sucks, because Crackdown was good. I just think it's a tad insulting, especially considering that ODST was itself born as an expansion to extend the life of Halo 3's MP.
I just think the game should stand on its own merits and be credited for that, not based on some beta.
I think Bungie is a talented team that deserves respect.
But I still find the core gameplay of Halo generic and fun in short bits. Their visuals are solid but barren, and the mythology is far better than what is presented in the games. Halo CE was amazing, Halo 3 was overhyped and disappointing. However, that doesn't mean it didn't have great features like recording.
EVERY competitive game should have something like this. I commend Bungie and Naughty Dog for putting it into console titles.

RE5 was terribly disappointing. Dead Space was what I expected from the RE franchise. Hopefully the next one gets things back on track.
