Yes he was using the Dev Kit, but I am reasonably certain he was talking about what it is like on both consumer versions of the console.
With how reportedly easy it is to port to X1X, it shouldn't even be hard for them to take advantage of.
We aren't talking about adding features and making the whole game different here. Higher res, better framerate, or better textures... The same stuff they do for PC versions of games.

I played on Xbox One.
I got a late start on it, it was out a couple weeks and had received one big patch before I started playing it.
But as far as glitches, I never encountered much of anything at all.
I still don't get the hate over this game, I thought it was fantastic.
I played it twice back to back and would have played it a third time but Prey came out and I got distracted.
Once the holiday season is over I'll be playing it again for sure. I hope there will still be some story dlc.

You guys might find this really weird, but I think a lot of people don't want a PC hooked up to their TV.
Even if I can play with a wireless controller, I still don't want to be messing with navigating windows with a mouse from my recliner in order to boot up a game.
Console gaming is successful for a reason, it's the simplicity, combined with the fact that everything is designed to be used on a TV, with one simple input device.
