No I'm having a fine day. :)
I'm just getting sick of the "everyone has to have a kid with them" thing that is going through gaming lately.
Ugh.
I said it when this was all starting. I said it’s a gimmick that a bunch of people will want to check out, but it will not last because nobody wants to play with a heavy device on their head that cuts them off from the outside world.
Also I said that there were going to be limits of what kinds of games you could really play in VR, without “teleport movement” or being on rails or whatever other cockamamie crap they come up with to make the game playable.
...
Dude, really?
It's more than just the cover art, though.
It sounds like working alongside him is a major part of the career mode.
Millions of dollars has a way of making people rethink getting punched in the face.
I don't mean to defend her, she isn't my favorite person either, but she was making money hand over fist outside the octagon. There was no reason to keep damaging her body, AND damaging her brand by returning to the cage.
She did the right thing to get out when she did, I don't fault her for that at all.
Yeah that's my question as well.
If I can't leave my boat then I'm not interested.
Wow I couldn’t have gotten a more opposite impression of him at the E3 show.
Seemed to me he was just joking and having fun with it. He has a pretty dry delivery, but he was clearly joking.
And the Skyrim on Alexa thing is real, by the way. It was presented like a joke but that is absolutely a real thing.

Pretty sure the word Sandbox was being used to describe games like GTA before MineCraft was a twinkle in Mojang's eye.
Disagree 100%
I never understood why anyone thought Female Shepard was better.
I like some of Jennifer Hale's more recent work but she was pretty weak back then as FemShep.
I never played 3 as her, though, so I can't vouch for her in that one, but she was awful in 1 and 2.
I haven't seen this game in action but it sounds like the HDR in Monster Hunter World. The HDR in that game is terrible and makes everything look washed out.
Xbox denied doing crossplay last gen because PSN was garbage and they didn't want to try to link up with that hunk of crap.
Sorry if my choice of words offends your delicate sensibilities, but that is what happened in a nutshell.
And they were RIGHT to deny it. PSN was a horrible mess.
Now Sony has their act together and things are a bit more level in that regard.
I understand they want to lock their stuff down...
All the more reason to play on Xbox and be happy Sony doesn't want to do Crossplay.
I hated it but I knew a couple guys that loved that thing.
When the S controller came out I bought a bunch and they bought my old Dukes off of me.
One of those guys bought one of these things already, too. :D
Nothing?
How about they gain appreciation from their customers for not being assholes?
What about maybe selling a console to the guy that is like "I want to get a PS, but all my friends only have Xbox."
I see your point, I totally do, and maybe it's better for them to deny cross play, but don't act like it would be a total loss with nothing positive coming from it.
I'll be honest, I don't re...
Except some of us don't want Japanese games at all. lol
This game might be wonderful for some of you but it would be hard to make it any less appealing to me.
20 years ago I would have been all over it. Used to love all kinds of Japanese rpgs and just Japanese anything. Not sure what changed but none of that stuff appeals to me anymore.
Hopefully it does well for those of you that are into it.
My point was, if they are saying something like what you mentioned, "Fallout 76's multiplayer", they are saying it because it has something specific to do with grouping up with another player or encountering another player.
That is why they say it that way.
Yes, the game is always multiplayer, but not every aspect of the game revolves around that, hence the specificity.
Yeah a game where everything is perfect and everyone is happy sounds super entertaining. lol
What if you play for an hour and never encounter another player at all, is that still multiplayer?
No I don't like what they did with the combat or Kratos as a character (and the addition of the kid.)
I've been outspoken against that game from the moment it was revealed.
I have zero desire to play it, even though I've played all the others multiple times.
