Stop speaking sense, that isn't welcome here.
If you are talking about the amount the volume changes when you do "xbox volume up/down", then they added that with the last update.
I think this one is to control how much the system lowers the volume automatically when you use Kinect for chat.
It's sort of like Trolling.
They get their jollies by ruining other people's fun, basically.
It's akin to a mental illness.
You know what's weird... In every other "good/evil" game, I'm always evil first, no exceptions.
But for whatever reason, when the first inFAMOUS came out, I just ended up being good right off the bat. Not sure why, as I totally planned to take my normal approach.
It just feels more "right" to me that way.
You wait a week and that is the best you can come up with?
How old are you, 9?
Yeah seriously, if it is just an image in the corner of a menu screen or something, who gives a rat's @ss?
I did have a Wii. I have a handful of games for it. Mario Galaxy was awesome.
But overall I thought the console was garbage and I don't even have it hooked up anymore.
iOS games are fun for a couple minutes.
I don't see what point you are trying to make. Check out my XBL tag if you want to see what kinds of games I play, if you insist on categorizing me.

"According to the console I had used 72% of my available 380GB – 400GB, that’s nearly three bloody thirds gone!"
Wow, 3/3 gone, huh?
I'm hoping that's just a typo. lol
Why does there have to be "casual" and "hardcore" gamers?
Why can't everyone just be "gamers"?
I don't see a reason to separate us into categories.
I think you have that backwards.
Turning down graphical features to achieve a higher res just gives you a sharper looking pile of crap.
Higher res is great, but not at the cost of some fancy lighting effects or the texture quality or whatever.
Agreed. I have been avoiding more and more previews in recent years.
Once I know I'm buying a game, (which in this case was when they said the word "inFAMOUS" lol), I avoid most everything about it.
A side bonus of this approach is that it makes the waiting easier because you aren't constantly teasing yourself with videos of stuff you can't play yet.
I don't know... Normally I would agree with you, but they are using MS servers instead of EA servers.
The beta had one little server glitch the first day, and they fixed that and then ramped everything up over the weekend and it went really well.
I'm actually pretty confident that it's going to be a really good launch.
In this day and age every game should have a demo.
It's amazing how FEW games for the new consoles have had demos. I don't get it.
Nobody is crying. All of these "tears" comments are just showing your immaturity and fanboyism. Your incessant need to be "winning" this nonexistent competition.
I have a PS4. I have an XB1.
I have PS+. I have XBL Gold.
I can choose either version. It's strictly up to my opinion and preference.
Who's the fanboy?
You're the one playing the "I'm right and you wouldn't understand" card instead of offering a real answer.
The point is, there is no "right" or "wrong" way to buy an exclusive, you're just biased against MS so anything they do differently than Sony is "wrong" to you.
People jumped on the Killzone thing for two reasons, and neither of them was because "suddenly a small resolution difference is a big deal".
Reason one was because Sony lied. Like they always do and always have. They are terrible about lying to you guys and yet you are so blinded by your fanaticism you still somehow think MS are the evil ones.
Reason two was because the Sony fanboys had been preaching for months about their super vision and ability...
For you maybe.
I'll take lower resolution to play with the far superior controller, better online service, and better twitch streaming.
To ME, that is a no brainer.
It's all opinion, bro.
Am I the only one that hates this guy?
He's turning into the Japanese Peter Molyneux.
Thanks for the in depth explanation. Jesus.....
Tell me why one way is better than the other?
Money is spent, a game development studio benefits, and somebody gets an exclusive game or games.
Please tell me why the almighty Sony, AKA the second coming, does it the "right way", and anything else is "wrong".
Got the preview update last night and this is definitely what it meant.
There are a couple options of how much to lower the volume when using Kinect for chat, and also a slider bar that you can use to adjust how the volume balances out when you have a snapped app.
So if you want to play something while watching TV in snap mode, but don't want to hear the TV volume at all, you can slide it all the way to the game side for instance. Pretty cool.
