Those epic runes are already in the game, you just have to find them.
Does this mean you will just automatically get them from the start? I'm not sure if I like that.
Being immune to poison and taking half damage right from the start of the game would make combat way too easy.

I have a bunch of friends that are still playing but can't get everyone together at once to do the vault.
The lack of matchmaking for the vault pretty much killed the game for me when I reached that point and still can't do it.
That, and the 3 weeks of events that were a big "F U" to the high level players.
