Yeah I tried this game yesterday for the first time as it was free with Games with Gold, and man it is terrible.
Agreed. It wasn't as good in later installments but in Brotherhood it was probably my favorite Multiplayer of the 360 gen.

It wasn't what some people thought it was going to be, but millions of people love it.

I remember when I first got into the New Dashboard preview a few months ago, and it had a TON of issues and missing features.
It was supposed to roll out to everyone a month or so later and all I could think was "there is NO WAY this is going to be ready".
But they got it all hashed out and everything working in time. It was a surprise for sure, they did a heck of a job.

It's not just Ubisoft, almost everyone is adding this stuff to their games. I don't like them any more than you do, so I just don't buy them. I'm playing AC: Syndicate right now and I haven't even spent any of my free money they gave me. No reason to, I'd rather just play the game.
