I needz me some reviews! I'm on edge whether to buy the game or not (i loved Crysis single player, but hated the Crysis 2 multiplayer demo).
Good written piece with fair points. I agree, I personally prefer Crysis 2 visuals over KZ3.
The benefit is that your friend can rank up his/her own account while playing at your house with you on the couch. Pretty self explanatory
I'm a huge halo fan...but seriously, I've had my fill. Halo 3 was great, and Halo reach was awesome. But please..for the love of god....enough Halo. I'm satisfied with how the story was handled, and I don't think more could be done...Prequels are not needed IMO after Reach, and the need for a sequel isn't either.
While not as epic in scale (and environments) as DAO, it is definitely funner due mostly to the combat and the improved dialogue. Plus its pretty long, I clocked at 40 hours 13 minutes on Hard mode, and I consider myself to be pretty good at the game.
Good, i guess they are not as money hungry as other devs

"killzone 3 is the greatest game ever"...lol..I personally loved KZ2, my fav fps of 09,but Kz3 is almost identical to it..really disappointing IMO. If i were to choose between the 4 shooters, i'd probably pick duke nukem

Well of course, considering that fact that you have to cough up at least 3 times amount of money a console costs. Honestly, I'd prefer paying much less than you and have a game that is a bit graphically inferior. But wait..graphics don't make the game..so really you're not getting much for paying over 1 grand
20 hours really? I highly doubt even if you played it on brain-dead casual mode. I played the game on Hard, and beat the game in 40 hours and 13 minutes. that is not counting the number of times i restarted boss fights, which you could factor in another 3 hours of so. From my opinion, recent public beta's i've been in have done little to improve the full game. I've been in the DCUO beta, and many of the complaints remained when the full game came out. I've been in the KZ3 beta, and the game had serious network issues when it came out. It's all up to the developers, and how they listen to the community. A game can have 5 public betas, but it won't matter if the developers are too stubborn or ignorant to make any changes when the full...

Also, I forgot to add, but have any of you noticed how the framerate stutters really badly when the game autosaves? IMO that would really bother me, especially in the middle of a high action scene.
Kz is darker and gives the illusion that it is better looking since Crysis 2 looks more 'cartoony', but that is not true. I'm not a graphics expert, but If you look at the recent gameplay videos of Crysis 2, it looks REALLY good. Granted, I can't judge how it is compared to Killzone until I have the game in my hands, but I see all these ps3 fanboys saying Killzone 3 looks MUCH better than Crysis 2. That is not true, they look really close, even if Killzone 3 is better looking ...
Wow the guy is playing the game on Easy (since the AI is brain dead and he's taking very little dmg). Also....he's a complete idiot. I don't think he understands how to use the suit with the exception of Armor mode, and I don't think he has the mental capacity to watch his six as well.
As for the Kz3 vs Crysis 2 comparisons, I'll wait until I have the game to judge.
