I've noticed its' far more satisfactory improving your skills in Halo than CoD, like I've worked for it and feels awesome.
JRPGs are done for, they don't receive the same praise they received in the PS2 era and JRPG fans are a dying breed. Just follow the money AND most of all Western RPGS have picked up where JRPGS left off and has defined the genre the past decade in terms of graphics and technology that JRPG could never go beyond and achieve.
Better title should have been "My Top 5 RPGs", such a underwhelming list and preference btw.
Who gives, I have no doubt this will be on Xbox Scorpio preview and with a potential Oculus support?! Microsoft is on point for next year.

They know that, no doubt about it. Only way for Microsoft to find leverage is basically have a stake in Steam and provide support with Steam executive still at the helm. They can definitely support each other and in my opinion they need each other.

I doubt major publishers will go after 4k except for some independent studios like idtech or Projekt Red and obviously Microsoft's exclusives.

I just couldn't get through that game lol, I tried it after Recore preorder it's a struggle just to get through the beginning.
That won't happen anymore and on top of that their own base in Japan has eroded since everyone is mobile there. Point is no one is into the whole weaboo rpg art style and heavy menu use anymore, if anything it's western RPG gamers who dictate the RPG market now, example Dark Souls a huge hit from Japan yet it's not JRPG in the sense of what we know a JRPG to be.
Deluasional, Jrpgs isn't a thing anymore aside from FF. That's why Deus Ex would have a sure release compared to FF being delayed again. Fact is "western" RPGs have been too big of a success and on multiple successful titles for anyone to focus on what Persona has to offer or some title that has loud people online talk about it's potential success yet the majority of US has no clue the title even exists. That era died off with PS2.
Or maybe the it's going to Deus Ex and seeing how Deus Ex is going to be bigger than it's surprising sequel they would use that success to improve FF.
Exactly, now that's it's out of Sony's control. Now they can launch sooner on PC and other platforms.
