I honestly don't know how someone can call Halo "lackluster" and praise KZ2 in the same comment. I mean we are all entitled to our opinions, and I am not saying you’re wrong, but Halo does SO MUCH MORE than KZ2, it's really hard for me to comprehend anyone feeling this way, unless they haven’t played it. Halo has more modes, better physics, better map designs, vehicle combat period, better weapon balance, I mean I could sit here all day and list the way's Halo trumps KZ2...
I don't think that’s true of all games. There have been some awesome stories told through games this gen. Bioshock, Dead Space, Mass Effect, and Fallout were very well told stories IMO. There are a few more, but it’s not like the industry was ever just overrun with great stories in every game anyway.

Oh, hell yea. ^^^ this is what I'm talking about. There is just so much pure gold coming out this year, who cares about GOTY bullsh$t right now. By the time they start announcing the winners I will be too busy playing these games to care. Another thing is we haven't played any of these games yet, so why not wait until we do before blowing the victory horn. How do you know one of these other games isn't going to come out of left field and surprise you to become your favorite of all...
Or you can just install one disc at a time, so once you move to disc 2, uninstall disc 1 and then install disc 2. I've had to do that before.
It's not on rails, go watch the videos. You move by putting both your arms behind you. Yes they do move you from stage to stage, but one in the stage you can move around freely. That is NOT "on rails". I also thought it looked bad too, until a video the other day. I think it could be surprisingly good. I’m not saying it will be, but I don’t think it is as “doomed to suck” as bad as the left side makes it out to be.

I was with ya'll and the whole, Star Wars Kinect will suck, until I saw a video the other day. I think it might actually be a cool game. I know my son would love it, but I think I might like it too. I will just have to try it before I make my real judgment, but I do think it could be really fun, and to be honest that’s why I game.

I know man, you're only allowed to have an opinion hear if it's pro Sony. I know not everyone can afford all the consoles, but for me that’s the only way to roll. I think that any, so called "true gamer" would want all 3 major consoles so they wouldn’t have to miss anything, and most of all they wouldn’t have to come on N4G and be all “nananananana my games are better than yours”. The only part of your comment I agree with is the "it's all about games" part. To me it is all about the games, all the games. I'm not sure what lag you’re talking about. I find Kinect to be very responsive. I also really don't see them making a FPS control scheme for Kinect. I just don’t think it would be worth it, but I do see them making games from the ground up for it. What’s the problem with completely new gaming experiences?

I must have got the shitty version, because the biggest memory I have about the franchise is how mad I was for wasting my money on such a horrible piece of shit. I agree, and if you're like me and own all platforms you can add Gears 3, Forza 4, Zelda:SS, and Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary to that list as well.

Man that is the biggest complaint I ever hear about this game. The phone calls every 5 minutes. You do know you can TURN IT OFF. Just turn the damn phone off and you won’t have to complain about it anymore. Am I the only one that found that option? You can turn the phone off, it's not a legitimate complaint when you don't have to have it on, it does not have to ruin the game for you. One more time, YOU CAN TURN THE PHONE OFF.
