twisted metal is not a kart racer. i would advise you to look on youtube for twisted metal black gameplay. and the more recent gameplay videos for the up and coming twisted metal. the fact that you brought up mario kart and twisted metal in the same breath, i cant imagine what you played on psp.
the game was fun as hell to me. i was in the beta but i am still planing on getting this game.
but how long has the arcade been 200 bucks though, with the only difference being a hard drive. MS is allowed to sell their device at 299 cause the ps3 is 299(cause they are similar enough with a similar software list). then you add in an extra 50 to the 360 to ACCESS online. so the way i see it personally is the 360 would only be at the price it is supposed to and not a super deal.
"Microsoft is in much better shape than many might have realized" trust me we all know they are. seeing as they are not losing on each console sale since probably, forever. making hundreds of millions on live gold memberships. selling accessories for nothing less than 100 dollars(hard drives, and network adapters). im pretty sure they are ok.

probably look like your avatar a block head with a blank stupid look on your face. you could atleast wait and see what content was in the game like a single player and different multiplayer modes (which this game has). nuke looks crazy fun. besides jaffe said he was trying to pack the blu-ray with as much content as possible, and i am inclined to believe him until he proves me otherwise.

who roots for halo though. you are supposed to root for an underdog like alan wake or crack down or demon souls. A good game thats overlooked.
I think it just takes the perfect storm for a game to catch on like mw2 or halo. It is like everyone wearing the latest fashion. So even when other games are good, it doesn't matter cause it ain't whats hot right now. Just a theory but i really can't come up with a absolute answer. You tell me how a modern warfare 2 sells almost 20 million with a well documented broken multiplayer glitches and straight up broken mechanics.
